I take all my vehicles to Amigos for general maintenance and other issues. Mario is great and very knowledgable and so are his staff. They have fair prices and do quality work. I highly recommend Amigo's Auto Repair.

They are very good and there work is 1st class I was referred to them by a friend and car enthusiast who insists that he has all his custom vehicles done by Amigos. I was surprised but most of all reliefed that they can do the job right at a good price and if anything goes wrong they will go out of their way to make it right,(even if they have to go out of their way to make you happy Great service Awesome policy's Competent

9/15/2021 Visited location on 9/13/21 My friend told me Mario , owner repaired his vehicle. Went to on 913/21 to meet Mario and ask for inspection of my vehicle problem. Mario inspected my vehicle and told me to bring back. Because it was ask I got off work. That was fine with me, came back 9/15/21 , 8am. Mario was great. Told me the problem, gave me a price on paper for work that would be done including parts & Labor. Now go into receptionist, where problems began. She , meaning the young lady , lacks proper customer service training. She lacks the proper etiquette , it takes to interact with paying customers. You as a employee, represents the face of the company. Proper Training Is Vital To The Success Of Any Company !!!!

First hand experience of dealing with people who hate their job. Perhaps they're used to dealing with people whose cars were towed for other reason but my family experienced a recent loss of a loved one which unfortunately left his car towed to this place. We were met with horrible attitudes, zero consideration for what I and my family were going through and incredibly high prices to retrieve the car. All they did was add more stress and insult to an already incredibly difficult situation. If you have to go here, I'm sorry for you.

Sadly never did I imagine that this company was out to rip their customer off... until they did just that! I was a returning customer. Sadly I will never go back. Not after what they did. Somewhere along the lines this company changes strategies on how they do business with their customers. They took the trust I had in them and threw it in the trash; ALL OVER GREED. I dropped my vehicle off and they said that the job my vehicle required would take 2 weeks to finish and the cost would be $1,600 for a specific job. When they notified me to pick up my car I went into the office and they had me pay first. Odley they asked me in more than one occasion if I could pay in cash?!?! However I explained that I never carry cash. I paid my bill and then they handed me the key. Mind you prior to dropping off the car I could go 80mph without an issue. Before I made it home from the shop the car was having problems going above 37mph. I called the owner Mario as soon as I arrived home and told him that my car is acting up and is worst off than before I dropped it off to them... Long story short he did not fix the problem. So I took it to another shop and turns out that he never did the job!! Worst story yet, what would have been an estimate of a $300 job; Amigos Auto repair charged $1,600. I had confirmation from a loyal mechanic and very well recommended, that "AMIGOS AUTO REPAIR RIPPED ME OFF". I did call Mario and gave him the opportunity to refund me, but of course his greed and disloyalty stepped in again. The Better Buisness Bureau and card company will be notified next. "THINK AGAIN BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. " They try to hook you and then rip you off when you least expect it!! If you had 0 stars I would give a negative star. . Oh, by the way did I mention they scratch all the top of my hood. Yeah different story!!! "AVOID THE NIGHTMARE AND GO ELSEWHERE!"

I highly recommended this shop I went there for an oil change and also change my cars brakes and they did a great job and it was inexpensive it was less than what I expected I would highly recommended this for family and friends..

On Wednesday July 09,2014 I first called Amigos Auto Towing early in the morning around 8:45 am. They told me they will charge $50.00 for the tow, the first 5 miles are included in the $50.00 and $3 per mile over the 5 miles. My trip was going to be 7.5 miles.The total charge was $59.00. Then Corrina the manager calls me at 11:45 am. To tell me that because I am leaving Las Vegas and going into Henderson I now have to pay an extra $19.00 my new total is $78.00. I was upset then i agreed to have them do the tow. My pick up time went from 2:pm to 2:30 I am in desperate need of my car to be taken to the shop. So I agreed. At 1:55 Corrina once again calls to tell me that the driver is running late and that he can't get to me before 3:15. Need less to say this is why I am writing this review. They also only accept cash!!!!! I think it is wrong that they charge extra to go from Las Vegas to Henderson or Henderson to Las Vegas.What difference does it make? You are still driving the same miles. I WOULD NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
