Mostly good experiences here ? I play keno here and the Sean Patrick's down the street, never had any big problems so far, and prefer this place when I'm lower on cash since they offer 5 and 10 cent keno/slots etc. Whereas Sean Patrick's minimum is 25 cents. So far only had one negative experience with a cashier that tried over charging me, I noticed when she was acting weird when giving me change, then didn't give me a receipt, I had to ask for one and then when I came back a few seconds later to ask about my change before i could even say anything she jumped to tell me that my change was correct, she just put it in the register wrong.. uh no you didn't... I paid 13,75 for 3 red bulls thst we're buy 2 get one free and a king size Reese's cup... I gave her 15,76 and she gave me 2$ change, even tho my receipt even said I shouldve paid 10,16 but she said the 13,76 was the correct price it only said 10 cos she didn't put it in right. Let's do some quick math, the red bulls were 3.59 each buy 2 get one free so for the 2 it was 7,18.. add the 2.99 for the Reese's and it comes to 10.17 which is what the receipt correctly stated as well, she charged me 13,76 which, surprise!! Would be the price before the 3rd redbull discounted/became free.. so please, tell me how I am wrong and why i have to go back to talk to the manager the next day to have them sort it out and tell you that you are wrong and owe me 3.59? It's honestly not even the 3$ I'm upset over, it's the trying to convince me I am wrong, even though you must know I am right which is why you didnt give me a receipt until asked ? very sneaky, i really dont like that...

If the car wash is closed why sell car washes at the pump at 6:30am? Maybe put a cone or sign of front of the wash to let people know it’s closed instead of just taking our money and saying tough luck. Customer service is dead.

I stopped going to the store a few weeks back due to the employees. Honestly its simple, I hand a "coupon" to the cashier and they absolutely have no clue what to do. Let me say "some" do, but most don't. I am always patient while they try to figure it out.But Today the gentleman was so rude and tried to say that he already took the money off with the coupon when he did not. Flat out lying to my face. No he is not acting as an employee but some type a parent I want to say.he had a coworker help him and get the money taken off. Then started telling me how to use my debit card instructing me with an attitude as if he was my father.It's sad that such a nice establishment will lose my business due to the ignorance of their employees and the rudeness of how their ignorance is displayed.

The two black women that work here are always rude even when they're explaining store policy, their tone is very nasty, I literally drive all the way to the terrible's on Ann and rainbow to get my gas and my soft drinks; because, each time depending on there mood,t it's a different policy. The inside and outside ads clearlys that if you fuel up or purchase any fuel you get a free drink. Sometimes, they'll let me get my free drink, if I pay with cash and sometimes they wont. Sometimes, I'llt'll get to spend the wheel and sometimes they won't reset. It's just terrible how customer service is declining, especially at this terrible Herbst but not at the one on rainbow and Ann.

Such a great place. One worker in particular, Tara is the reason why I have such high loyalty to the company. She is a polite and friendly cashier who is always willing to help you with a smile. I really do appreciate great customer service and she exudes just that! Way to go Terrible Herbst!

Worst human being I've ever came into contact with working the night shift here. Was highly aggitated about something. Snatched my money from my hand. Stared me down. Told me I looked at him like I wanted to fight him... (I'm a female) had a hateful glare and attitude the entire time he rang me up. When I asked him what his deal was he spewed some of the most disrespectful things I've ever heard and stated that he has worked at this store for 4 years "they need me here, I run this place, you are nobody, I'm busy and don't have time to talk to you" ( Noone in store) All of this after I spoke to him like normal and calmly. He told me his name was RASTAFARI. Ya. This has been my convenience store for a long time. I will make sure to never come again, nor my family or neighbors.
