I understand not everyone likes their job but at least do the job correctly. Today around 4:30 pm I exchanged my 5g internet device for another one. I get home and it's having connectivity issues even after resetting it 3 times. I had a feeling it wasn't going to work. The Hispanic employee claims it was ready to use once I got home.I also asked about promotions for phones etc and she didn't seem interested in talking

This location was way to busy, 8# + people in~line but the other one 2#+ people and didn't have to wait,. The worker don't think was new but didn't know what he was selling and because of that we were there 20+min. & Ended up leaving with no phones.. ?

Store is too small and ppl everywhere and noone cleaning tables after customers are done sitting taking care of their business. Too many Germs in the air.

I had a few glitches in my plans and service but Jadelyn, Silvana, Assistant manager Chad, Davina, and Frankie were awesome with getting the situation fixed and explained to me the whole process. They went above and beyond and made me feel at ease. I recommend this T mobile due to the excellent team!

This place is so unprofessional. Had me waiting in line for a long time just to have 4 other people who came in after me get checked in before me. Where is the service?? No communication whatsoever. When waiting the white male with glasses was so rude to the guest. Let’s also talk about the older bald man who was just sitting in the back when they have 10 people in line. I’m assuming that’s the boss though. I work across the street and have less staff members than you guys and manage to be way better at service. I just don’t understand the unnecessary attitude

Zack was great. He spent a lot of time explaining all of our options and was patient while we made our decisions. He was very informative and definitely knows his job! We had a very good experience.

Today was the 3rd strike for this store.It's less than a mile from my house and every time I go in there it's a hassle.Today I received my order from T-Mobile customer care and it was missing a sim card. ?♂️ That's frustrating enough but I go into the store and explain to the person working what happened. He only partially listened and his attitude kicked in. He then proceeded to change the sim on my original line instead of the line that I was adding. He then made a very obnoxious comment about how he was so kind to wave the sim card fee. That when I questioned why would I be paying additional for a sim card I never got he rudely stated " you need a sim card and they aren't free"I few minutes later got a text on my original line that I needed to use the new sim. I went back in and explained to him again that the new number was needed he instantly responded with sarcasm and attitude. Something that should have taken 5 mins took 30+ because of the error. Listen to your clients and don't think you know everything.

Was told by the rep on the phone that I could return my iPhone 14 when my 15 came into the mail. When I went to location with the 15 not open, they said I can’t return since it was out of the 14 day return even though I was waiting for the 15 to arrive. I was annoyed that I was mislead, but the rep at the store wouldn’t even return the 15 without charging a restocking fee even though it was BRAND NEW UNOPENED. They told me to call in to get it done… geez what kind of customer service is that.I was able to call in and got it taken care of but very disappointed they couldn’t even resolve my issue at the store, or even really cared.

Worst customer service...they dont know their products , if i wantes to google them i would do it from home...they couldnt handle the problem so they took it to the manager and told me they would call back...3 days later im back at the store...got in line lile everyone else and let a girl that just walked in skip 3 people...avoid tbis store

They are terrible they offered me free tablet and phone and then after the fact they charged me over $1200 and I tried to work with their customer service explained that the agent that called us to offer these items said absolutely no cost and they have done nothing about it
