All the stuff was very rude it was my first time coming to the pawn shop I ask for help they put people before me in line the one with the long hair was very disrespectful he called people over me there was a women there with blonde and black hair completely ignore me her name was Chey .... The purchase was 5 dollars but they didn't even know that they just texted me rudly I was very uncomfortable in the store overall. Felt unsafe.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went in there to purchase a MacBook and the 1st worker was acting like she was on hard drugs and the 2nd worker had a straight attitude. The MacBook I wanted didn’t come with a charger so I tried to negotiate a lower price and dude told me no. On top of that the MacBook touch pad stopped working while testing it out. Still wouldn’t lower the price on it. To make matters worse I attend high school with the manager Bryce. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of products and the attitudes of these employees. I will never recommend this store to ANYONE!!

This store is the worst!!! The have sold multiple items of mine that wasn't even due yet!??they have broken multiple items of mines, that I have trusted them with. They really don't care!! The will act like they care and just turn around and manipulate you're you to purchase more items. When you complain and voice your concerns to a manager, the tell you " I'll let the other manager know so we can fix it", only to find out weeks later the store manager knows nothing!!

Customer service suck. My husband went in one minute before closing, They let him in his daughter was literally two seconds behind trying to give him his payment. He left his wallet and they closed her out and said no. … who does that to a kid?! Never again will they get my money

This store make you loose your items they don’t give you a piece on mind like e pawn I highly recommend ez pawn or max pawn here in Las Vegas. They close the door knowing I was in the corner talking with them in the phone when I arrive 5:01pm. They don’t open me theDoor knowing I was outside. They start laughing at me these people. Make you lose your items they don’t help you they call you one hour before they close so they can remind you that you are going to lose your item is not like other places please please this is for real don’t lose your time with supperpawn.

They wouldnt let me putchase a gold chain without a debit card that matched my ID. I couldnt pay cash or use the debit. It was very strange.

I really like the store but the older female manger was rude after the new guy helped me he was kind and friendly. I come in often to buy and pawn stuff and I don’t think I’ve seen her before or interacted with her so it was kind of a shock because very one there has a smile on their face and super friendly. This location stays open tell 8pm on most days which makes them have better stuff to buy.

Store was very nice , all employees were kind except the manager with longer hair and glasses , he said he wouldn't help me because I put my stuff on the counter before calling me up and on top of that didn't want to buy anything I was trying to sell , seems to me he brought his emotions to work today

Would give zero stars if I could. They don't pay you for anything, had multiple 200$ items I brought in and was offered 25$ for everything like it's a joke. I understand I'm not going to get the full value of anything but that's just ridiculous. This place is a scam I've been to other pawn shops and they are not like this. Stay away from this establishment!
