I needed a bike to get to work and school. 2 days ago I went EZ Pawn, got a bike and something fell off within a block of me riding it. In 105degrees weather I was not pleased. So today I went here and got assisted by Omar. Such a delight! Let me SHINE on Omar. He pumped up both of the tires; tightened the kickstand; gave me advice on the proper height for the seat; and told me what to do if the chain comes off the spikes. Not to mention he was polite and very professional.

With a straight face the manager will offer you $5 for a $100 item. They lie and say things you want to sell are worth less with no proof. It seems this shop hires the local populous that hangs out right next to their shop. What a beautiful area.

So I pawnd my chain Wich was worth about 2,000 very rare pink diamond gold gold pink heart , I took $360 on a borrow I got one extension on it i paid $42 bucks doe that went to pick it up before redeem date so I can avoid paying $505 to get it out . I came super early before redeem date and at first he said he couldn't find me because someone must have spelled my name wrong, then gonna tell it's $505?? WHY??? I had to ask is one of your employees tryna get my chain??? It's the second the redeem date is the 10th why do I have to pay $505 to get my chain?? You gies ripping people out there money and jewelry...once I get my property out I will never come back here again ???

Location is dirty and unprofessional employeesThey hustle people here they make it hard to return an item even after purchasing a return assurance save yourself the headache go to real businesses that don't make their money refusing refunds and returns

First the location, is not desirable , next to Catholic Charaties, so a lot of homeless people walking around area.Next, before you even walk in, they talking you down on any price!Got people that can't even make decisions unless they ask they white Jewish bosses!It's Crazy, why they even work there, if the BIG BOSS gotta approve everything! They look scared if they gotta make a decision by they self!!Very bad energy! Treat you like you one of the homeless people outside!Never again!!!!You get what you give!
