We bought a brand new electric pallet jack. Awesome product, envy of other workers, makes life so much easier for my back. Within 3 weeks, had a minor issue. Was originally not happy with the response, but once inquired about further, the company was able to make things right, with no hesitation. Being a small business and making such a large purchase, it was relieving to know they truly care about their customers, no matter how small. Will be purchasing more equipment from them in the future.

We used the pallet rack division of Source 4 for multiple shelving projects at a local high school. Couldn't have been happier with the product and customer service! I love the feel of this small, family-owned business. Happy to recommend to anyone and will definitely return for any future personal or business needs.

Ordered castors online and they were wrong size for project and when returned they gave us a bunch of charges and after what we paid to ship them back it wasn’t even worth it... should have just kept product. As others mentioned... they are just distributor and they blamed the manufacturer for some of the issues... bought some off Grainger today instead... always get good service and easy returns when needed. Will not be purchasing from here again... that’s for sure...

I placed a large order two weeks ago for a high profile client. After 5 days I realized the order had been cancelled with no notification. I spoke to a member of their sales team who assured me the order would be expedited and I would have the order within 3-4 business days. Once I did not receive the order within this time frame, I spoke to the same sales member who assured me it was scheduled for delivery that day. He provided me the tracking information, as it was not previously provided, and I double checked with the freight company. Come to find out, the order had yet to even be picked up from the warehouse and still had to be shipped across the country. Source4 attempted to blame the MFG, though their website clearly states, and I was verbally told, that the items were in stock. Order Cancelled; product procured elsewhere with next day delivery.

Working with Source 4 the past few months has been fantastic. The team is professional, the work is outstanding, and we are very satisfied with the result we have in our new Distribution Center. We plan on working with Source 4 for our future needs of purchasing warehouse equipment and to implement the highest safety standards with a complete guardrail system for pedestrian traffic. I also have them on speed dial for any questions I have to build up this warehouse right the first time. Cheers to Source 4.
