After getting the run around and bad customer service from Walgreens and CVS pharmacy, i finally decided to transfer my fathers prescriptions to Smiths Pharmacy, they are great!! They handled it all for me, didn’t have to keep calling or anything, they called and followed up with me throughout the process, took less than 4 hours! Their customer service was amazing! Irene and Jen thank you so much for your kindness, you don’t find customer service like that anymore. I appreciate y’all getting us taken care of! Thank you.

If I could give it negative stars I would. The people in the pharmacy don't know how to do their jobs. I get a text saying my medications are ready to be picked up and when I go there they say they haven't been filled yet. They have done this three times already, and still haven't gotten my meds

I dislike the actual store but the pharmacist and pharmacy techs have always been really nice and helpful. Way better service than CVS or Walgreens.

The staff, for the most part, are distant and honestly pretty rude. For no reason should you have AirPods in while working checkout . Sure, I can see when a teenager working cart duties should be able to here and there, but that's it. In the isle next to us, the woman refused an elderly man with a service dog and ONE item, rudely repeating that she was closing as soon as she finished with the current customer. I understand we all are anxious to get back home after a long day of work, but that was so unnecessary and showed terrible customer experience. It is never that serious where you repeatedly tell a person of that age and position, "no, I'm closing, you have to go to the other line", especially in such a mean tone. It would've taken a total of 2 extra minutes of her time. Overall, not a place you want to be shopping if you expect a good experience.

This smiths money services needs to get it together. Sitting for hour for a money order is ridiculous. Horrible customer service.

Very sweet people good staff, CLEAN. It is hard to find clean places to shop these days so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to find that there weren't finger prints or discarded open products/food everywhere.

I love this pharmacy! William is the best tech ever he deserves 10 STARSSSS!! He is very polite, a good problem solver, he gets to the bottom of things when needed, always there working hard he deserves a raise.

They won’t take new patients if you have a controlled medication but if you don’t they will take you. 66 years old and diabetic and can’t get help

I went in to buy 4 slices of chicken breast from the meat dept . when I got home the chicken breast smelled bad so I went back to return the chicken with my receipt and the employee karen was very rude I asked her if i could return the chicken and get one that was packaged . She was upset that I interrupted her while her mask was down and she was reaching to eat something when I approached her at self checkout she told me to go to the cash register to return I told her no because I was in a hurry and was told that she could quickly return so i can go get chicken that was packaged she told me that she was busy but she was eating with her mask down . She told me that the managers had to figure out what they were going to do because" this is stupid she has to return at self check out" . She was very rude it was literally only 7 dollars it was stupid I had to drive back because the chicken was rotten all I wanted to was to get the packaged chicken instead of the one in the meat department and she was mad that she had to do the return and did not speak nicely about the management there while processing my return today . Definitely will not come back to this smiths .

I hate this location but it's the only grocery store in the area that's not Hispanic. It's a hot ghetto mess and hella dirty. I've seen fights with staff and customers inside as well. I also almost got ran over in the parking lot. Nastiest carts
