Shopping here at Ann Smiths yesterday and had a full cart. Entered the self checkout and started to scan my items. 6 items scanned and a checkout lady approached me and said " you have more then 25 items and need to go to a check out teller." I asked what am I suppose to do now? She gave no answer and walked away. So I continued to check out and another checkout lady approached and said the same thing, but with no solution. I told her I do not like the way the clerks at check out handle my food poorly and the baggers don't know how to bag items by crushing chips and bread. I added should I just leave? Both replied no. I should mention I saw no signage regarding the 25 items. By this time I had it. So I just left. As I was leaving she said you don't have to leave.I had it, I am a Boost Member and a loyal Smith shopper. Can't believe these employees were so rude and offered no solution or to allow me to finish up and tell me in the future please go to check out clerks.More training for people who have no people skills.Come on Smiths.Jerry

Horrible service! If you can avoid this location do so! Dirty restrooms, no one to run lines, no help in produce or deli. Need to hire people who actually care!

We were credited $30 because they missed one of our steaks in our on line pick up so Grant let us know to come back and he gave us our steaks with credit. Today we went to use the credit and the women at self check out was rude and couldn't care less about helping us figure out how to use the credit so she told us to go to self checkout and the women there wasn't sure so she called Grant to help and ofc like always grant came to the rescue!! Grant is THAT GUY!!! Thank you Grant!

So far this is the best store to get your groceries in the area. I've been coming here for a while never had an issue everybody seems friendly.

Steaks. Smiths cut off the tender parts of their t-bone steaks. They take the worst cuts with tendons laced throughout it, have a high price marked down to slower price just to sell it. They used to be good and now they're not.........

The staff is over all rude! There were 2 Asian guys in the produce department that are helpful and nice when asked. The general manager that was at front end was not very helpful. I know before Smiths used to take expired coupon that were from Smiths. I used to like this stores pick up department but they have gone down hill lately as well! Rude people definitely don't make you wanna be nice to them, so I definitely would stop in this store. I prefer the other location for regular grocery shopping. The 5 pm or later crowd is definitely not fun. Sale items seem to go quickly at this location also.

I go to this Smiths because I live so close. The woman who works at the self checkout on Friday morning is the least attentive and has the worst attitude. She's always pretending to write in some ledger so she doesn't have to serve her customers. Hello? My light is going off! Wake up! If you hate your job so much go somewhere where you are not dealing with customers. The management needs to stick her in the back somewhere. She makes me not want to buy my groceries. Get a better attitude!

I always get my Dad's groceries at this location. We put in a pickup order. Usually, things are good, but tonight was absolute laziness. Bravo... To the person that stuffed single bags with a ton of meat and a gallon of milk. The same person that put 6 cans of beans, 2 lbs. of chicken, two boxes of potatoes, AND a bunch of bananas in a single bag with a broken handle that snapped in my hands from the weight. Yo, I really appreciate it. My 73 yr old Dad would never have gotten half of his groceries in his home. What is wrong with you? Too busy watching tiktok videos to do a good job? To say I'm pissed is an understatement. Thank you to the young lady who did your job for you and went back into the store for more bags. Seriously, how hard is it to either double bag or NOT over stuff them. Smith's, I believe training is important. I just bought nearly $400 in product. Why should I have to rebag all my groceries?!!!!

You really need to look at your deli dept, everytime I go to get fresh roast beef, the staff is rude and just throws the stuff purchased at you, I sure wish I could get the names, but seems like she is management, time for a change, also never any cashiers working, WHY? I don't work for you and refuse to self check out! Thank you!

The prices here are ridiculously high. 2 examples. Screaming Sicilian frozen pizza is 10.99 but both Winco and Walmart have them for 6.25 why? Thats a 5 dollar spread on just a frozen pizza. I buy 2 for my family and that's already 10 dollars I am being overcharged. Smith's large value pack of chicken thighs 3.99 lb. Sprouts organic small pack 3.99 lb and these are all regular price. Its not inflation but corporate greed that is squeezing our wallets. I can only imagine how much I have been fleeced for over the years for not paying attention. Guess its the boiling a frog scenario. Well after years of loyalty today was my last day in a Smiths.

This store today was understandably busy since it is Labor Day. Even still the employees kept things flowing smoothly. Everything was stocked other than the formula but I'm sure that's only due to the shortage still. My only complaint is that they need to have a better system as far as self checkout and people just leaving the store. It gets hectic when people are vying for a self checkout register versus someone just leaving. Either way it's a grocery store and I'll be back regardless.
