“I wanted to share my review because it looks like they only have a few reviews from the previous owner. I couldn't be happier with my experience with EXPressIt! These new owners have won my business! I was in town for a conference for a couple of days and decided last minute printed t-shirts would be a good idea. I was lucky to find this business. It was open at 8am before the conference. Ebony was very helpful on the phone and offered to print my logo on my shirts in less than an hour. When she didn't get an immediate email from me she called to double check that I sent it to the right email address which I hadn't. This was proactive and saved me time. I requested standard white but she offered glittery silver which was way better. They didn't have neon green in stock which is my logo color but they offered to purchase some that day if I wanted more shirts, so I ordered more to be finished the next day. All items were done perfectly!”

“You'd be surprised how difficult it could be to find a business that does window decals here in Vegas! We had a simple design but we're very particular about how we wanted it and they executed it perfectly without charging us an arm and a leg. While the output was already great, it weighs almost more to me that their customer service was outstanding. They were so quick to respond to me, and Chad was very attentive to the things I wanted & needed done, giving his own input and advice when necessary without being condescending (very hard to find these days). They truly went the extra mile for us with handling all the back-and-forth. Since my schedule wouldn't allow me to meet in person, I expected my turn around time to be a little longer, but Chad did an on-site inspection and measurement with me on Facetime to help me move my timeline along quicker than I thought which was such a big help during the stressful move. It felt like they actually wanted to collaborate rather than just check off a task on the to-do list, and that kind of consideration and service is priceless. I've already recommended them to another business, but I really I wish I could write more than one 5 star review so more people would know about them. Please take a chance on this small business, you will not regret it!”
