I can't say enough about these guys as I am more than satisfied with the 'service aspect' of Ship My Orders! I am very grateful to have found this company in our start-up stage. Our company has grown substantially over the past five years, and although growing a business brings a number of challenges, none of ours included fulfillment issues. These guys are incredible at holding up their end and assisting at every turn, which enabled us to put 100% of our energy into growth. Beautiful Company!

It is a good service but the back end of the orders is not user friendly. I have to pay extra for the staff to enter the orders manually which isn't great.

We have used Ship My Orders now for over six years. This is an outstanding company and we highly recommend them. We like the fact we can pick up the phone and talk to a real person when issues do crop up. We like to make a personal connection with the owners and staff. This is not possible with a large corporation. With Ship My Orders it's like family. The front line staff who sometimes handle our inbound calls are particularly outstanding with the ability solve problems, take orders or provide information in an intelligent friendly manner. Yes over the years we have had a few issues, but they have been gracious and quick to apologize when it has been their fault and have put in all the resources to solve the issue fast. We understand mistakes happen, but it is how you solve them that indicates the true character of a company. That trust and personal attention to detail is what keeps us with them. They have also been very accommodating and flexible when we have had to do special projects. No request is big or small. The Amazon API integration they did for us works very well. Shipments are sent out on time with a failure rate of less than 0.2%. The goods are always well packaged. We have had rave reviews from customers about that. At the end of the day it saves us money and keeps the customers coming back for more. And we are tough task masters with insane attention to detail. Ship My Orders has managed to earn our trust and work with us as a team.
