Went to the one on Craig Road but they were backed up, requiring an appointment a week in the future. Then went to the one on Serene, and they got to me right away. Good service, good selection, and good prices!

The lines are long here! If you have the scan app on your phone i highly recommend it! There cafe is just as worst! You have to stand in one line to order and another line to pick up! You couldn't even order a whole pizza because it was sold out, they're only selling single pieces!

Curbside delivery pick up at this location is by far the worst! The workers in this department are lackluster, lazy and have bad customer service. They will see you for at least an hour and still don't say anything to you. Just to find out the order you were waiting for has been canceled or it's a return delivery that is not active in their system. I just don't understand why if an order has been canceled why is it still the sams club que? So frustrating I literally cannot stand coming to this location. They need to get their ish together. I'm disappointed every single time I come to this location smh. They workers make the experience even worse because they simply do not care it shows in their performance.

Curbside service is super ridiculous. I was there the other day and there were so many upset customers that were waiting on their orders for over an hour. I myself was supposed to pick up the day before but left after waiting for 45 minutes. From what I've noticed, they have enough workers doing the curbside service but one person literally doing his job. I wish I knew his name but every time I come there, he's the only one hustling to bring everyone's orders out on time. I witnessed the other workers just walking around like they were lost. With so many angry customers, the other workers were giving attitudes to the customers that were upset for having to wait over an hour for their curbside orders. Don't do curbside with these guys if u need to be somewhere, fr.

Hello..THANKS VERY MUCH I made a complaint about the use of gloves and washing hands a while ago in the pizzas and hot dogs area a while ago in Sams in spring mountain ,Las VegasToday, 2:30 pm ,i returned and i went to buy my pizzas slices and like always, the lady helped me with the best actitud and great smile,and,,,, SHE WASHED HER HANDS AND CHANGED HER GLOVES,,I thanked her for the help and for everything's.The situation is that in the same way as i did the complaint,i speak today to thank because things have changed

A shout out for good customer service in the meat department , Jesus was friendly &tried to accommodate me when I tried to get beef ribs for BBQ. Unfortunately Sam's doesn't carry them. He called Lyl to see what our optionson short ribs were.Both gentlemen very helpful! Appreciated them giving suggestions. Settled onhalf inch cut of short ribs, nice for Kalbi style Korean ribs on the grill!Sam's is Blessed to have them in their family!

Sam's club, located off Craig Rd and Losee, is probably one of the better Sam's club that I been too. Parking is not to bad, I have seen bigger parking lots, but it's a decent size and surrounded by other businesses. I like that it's not to busy like others, then again, I went there around noon time. So I'm sure it can get busy during peak hours. But the easy flow, and the convenience of every item, makes it easier to shop. Even though I check out through the app, some of the staff there are helpful and nice and acknowledge your presence. Which I find very welcoming. Overall, it's very convenient for those who live off Craig Rd. and easy to find. One of the Sam's club that I would highly recommend visiting if you're in the area. Just go during non-peak hours, and you can be in and out easily. Using the app is also helpful so you don't have to wait in long lines and check out on your phone.

This place has some of the most lazy workers. They make you walk all the way around through the front entrance and around the checkout stand just to go and check in. Idk why they can’t just help you from the front of the shops. I asked them if I could repair my tire and was told they were busy, idk how that was possible when they didn’t have a single car in their shop. Don’t waste your time here, your better off going ti Discount Tires. They treat you better over there in my own experience.

This Sam's Club is great!! It's very easy to get in and out of. There is plenty of parking and the gas pumps are to the very front of the parking lot. We came here on a Saturday about 12:30 for gas and shopping. The gas line was long but moved fast. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. The Sam's Club inside is well stocked! Especially for a Saturday! It was busy but not overly crowded. It's a very clean store. Some of the areas are a little small to get around but overall this is just a great Sam's. The employees here are very friendly. We had no issues with anything. The sample vendors worked very hard to make sure everyone was getting a sample of they wanted one. And more than happy to actually answer questions and point out where you can find the products. This is a great location!

So helpful, patient & knowledgeable about the items/ products we purchased, which were the JBL Earbuds for myself for my flight home to Hawai'i; 11/29/2022, and also my Husband picked up a Seiko Watch in the Jewelry section.1st of all, Christine greeted is with a *Smile* & then asked us how can I help you, & we proceeded from there! Christine then checked for us on the Availability of the JBL Earbuds, since their weren't any in-store on the floor display to purchase & reassured us that she was going to check for us the Availability that they might still have them in stock in the Warehouse, which they did have them, yessss we said!!Also, my Hubby was interested in Purchasing a Seiko Watch from your Sam's Club, since this Sam's Club had a handful of Seiko Watches to choose from. I asked Christine that Wow, this Sam's Club had a good Selection to choose from for my Husband Seiko Watch, but like in Hawai'i, the choices are a lil more limited, so my Husband & I basically Scored coming to this Sam's Club Warehouse Store on our last day there in Vegas & we even called an Uber Driver (lol!) to get us there to this Sam's Club, which everything worked out perfectly for us!!!Please thank Christine for us, what a great way to end our trip in Las Vegas with a very Nice & Helpful Sales Associate there & she always had a *Smile* on her face the whole time while she Assisted us!! We noticed that Christine is a "Team Leader" if I'm Correct, because she would get interrupted a few times while she Assisted us, but she still stayed with us to Assist us & even rang is up, how Cool is that!Christine is a Wonderful & A Knowledgeable person there at your Sam's Club Warehouse Store, I'd definitely give her a 10+++++++ Stars!!!Mahalo Nui Loa ("Thank you very much in Hawaiian") to Christine for Assisting my Husband & I Tuesday Evening; 11/29/2022, she really knows her products there at North Las Vegas Sam's Club & is a very Easy going person to interact with, & she has a very positive Attitude also!!! Didn't know Sam's Club in Vegas till several trips later~some how found this price club here and even had a gas station so decided to stop by for gas. This branch I recalled was easy-to-locate from GPS. I was headed to China Town one trip and found Sam's Club nearby China Town. It was a pleasant discovery~will be back in the future if I may be going to Vegas with friends again.I also needed to go into the price club for a RR break.

Horrible experience. I had bought tires and bought the warranty. My tire ends up popping and I go in to replace them with the warranty I paid for and they say they can’t do anything about it… Then what did I buy the warranty for? I don’t know if they’re crooks or just incompetent, but it’s got to be one of the two. I’m most likely going to be cancelling my membership and moving over to Costco. Costco’s tire center has to have at least one working brain cell which would still be one more than the people at this tire center.
