Has a shower but doesn't provide face towels and they don't give us time to clean our body before they start yelling at us for taking longer than a minute! They provide free food like once a day but we're not even allowed to bring our own food. The surrounding areas are dirty and the people here make me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. This is hell but a safe haven for drug addicts and hopeless people like me who is getting closer to commiting suicide than I am to getting the hell out of here. It's more like a prison than a shelter. 0/5 Stars really

I didn’t feel welcome at all, after talking to the front desk I can say she was so polite she held my hand, told me everything was going to be ok. But upon arrival at 4:30 PM to get my nightly check in pass it was very disappointing it was a different person. I didn’t know how to check in because I’m new to being homeless. So I go to the dorm assigned I get told “We’ll” yelled at by the person in the form you need a night passi had a day pass. Ok fine I’ll go get a night pass. Did that upon standing in line I overheard a older guy tell a younger girl because she heard me say I needed a night pass for the security dorm so she asked the older gentleman in front of me what’s a security dorm he smirk and, said that’s where the fairies go. I was disgusted right in front of me to. After that I go and, give my pass to the dorm police lol was given no pillow a cut up blanket I asked where bed six was and, the looked at me like I was dumb. At this point I know there’s going to be issues so I hit in my car and, left. “ What’s the point”? I’m not going to be treated like trash because I don’t know the homeless system! I’ve never been homeless before and I’m applulad a the uncomfortableness that was given to me. I gave one star because the lady working the front desk during the day was so kind welcoming and very nice.

NOT FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL UNLESS YOU ARE A VETERAN. LONG STRESSFUL PROCESS TO BE TOLD THEY CAN'T HELP YOU. THIS PLACE NEEDS RECONSTRUCTING FOR THE HOMELESS.

I think it's great what they do to help out but it's bad down there. Lots of homeless people all around live in tents, trash all over.. it's sad. This country is going down the tubes.

Well first just going the front, male person behind the glass counter was rude and wouldn’t help….just said go next door, but next door wasn’t open. Try to call and ask for mail but whoever answers the phone just says no mail and hangs up rudely. Finally get to next door and the man says go next door just where we came from. Told him we did and he finally helps us. You need people who really want to help others up front and not be rude and helpless. They’re putting a bad reputation for the organization, which I wouldn’t donate, since they aren’t friendly. Everytime I call, the male person isn’t clearly speaking and is rude.

This place is better than the rescue mission. The only thing I don't like about it is we had to sleep in cots, there's a disrespectful old woman here was walking around in her underwear in front of my fiance. The showers are super cold in the over flow unit. They turn off the lights super early and then wake us up at 5:30am like we're in the military. When my fiance and I first got there, one of the staff was really rude to us. I couldn't barely sleep with the cold air blasting knowing we have thin blankets. The cots had holes in them.

Las Vegas has to have one of the worst homeless situations I've ever seen. This location however has the best services of any location in the country.
