This business "Royalty" is trash. Paid over $900 truck was left the same, returned to the shop following week and the business was closed.This is not a Franchise. There a several Royalty Brake & Tire shops in Las Vegas. They are not affiliated with one another, the other "Royalty" shops will not respond or honor each others warranty. Don't lose your money to these clowns.

I came here in October to get my brakes serviced and they are still screeching. They changed the rear brakes and said the front ones were good, so why is it still so loud? Got a second opinion and they are saying my rear brakes are defective. I no longer have a receipt so I can't even come to find out why they sent me away like that. It seemed like the manager was honest since he was showing me pictures and everything, but I don't know much about cars so maybe he just took advantage of that. I wasn't sure about coming here because they do have good reviews but I feel like I just wasted my money. Don't come here for brake service
