Abusive customer service! Canceled my delivery 2 hours prior stating I needed a co-renter . I'm staying with friends and wanted to rent a bed frame. When I signed my agreement and paid my $, there was no mention of a co-renter requirement, when I missed the first delivery attempt there was no mention of needing a co-renter. Then the customer service person gets abusive, texting me personal attacks. When I called the store on Warm Springs in Las Vegas , NV, to tell the agents to stop texting me the man on the phone was even worse to me. They even told me to go try Aron's? At least I was saved from paying 5x the value for the item. Stay very far away from these crooks, it's not worth your business or time.

Love the stuff, they always willing to help and they try to help as much as possible whit every single client, I already have around 10 years whit rent a center and they always treat me as a family I want to thanks Pedro on renta a center at lake mead he is the best

I'm not satisfied with the way I'm being postponed and then i get told it would be another two weeks until I get it that's not what was advertised it's said two to three days that is not right to do that and it cost me my time and all I got was a sorry thanks for letting me know how much you appreciate your customer id give you a zero rating if I could

I have not actually had one yet since I have not rented anything this far. However the website is easy to navigate and they do follow up with emails and text messages as well as I received a phone call just haven't had the chance to actually place and order. They are friendly thus far though
