It’s sad that now there is no human interaction At the “front desk” now it’s replaced by a tablet. Also, what is the point of an appointment to drop off a sample of urine/stool and waiting 1-2 hours even with the appointment. It’s crazy to me. Not just that but, to top it off “some” of the lab technicians are absolutely so rude. These people have no empathy or customer service whatsoever. I go to this because it’s closer but, they need to work on this! This is horrible QUEST no wonder reviews are not great. Also, do want to mention that they do violate HIPPAA because they do test outside in the waiting area for all others to see. ( this is what I witnessed yesterday 2/2/24 around 2-3pm. A patient is allowed their privacy!

Small details but yelp, google maps, Apple Maps, and phone recordings all state that this business was open on January 1st, 2024. However it was not, small but important details.

The worst customer service and they will just skip your appointment then act like it’s an inconvenience that you are questioning why you haven’t been seen. If possible avoid this place at all costs.

The credit card I gave them has only been used at this place the last 3 months. Suddenly, I have a bunch of fraudulent charges. Give them cash.

Just another failure by Quest just like SimonMed. They're obsessed to cycle patients in and out as fast as possible while missing attention to detail. Went to QD for a follow-up appointment and they failed to retain the doctor's original diagnostic order in their system from the first visit so my follw-up visit was declined. Had to run around town half a day to obtain another order from the doctor's office which could not digitally sent for unknown reasons. And the wheel goes round and round and round and round...

As a walk in, go at your own peril. All I needed to do was drop off a specimen but was forewarned by my provider to make an appointment. I did so online three days before prior to the day I wanted. There was already limited times. I checked 12:10 and, on the date, arrived 10 minutes early. I went to sign in at their kiosk but I was not in their system and did not have an appointment. There is no one to talk to at this facility, just an open room with two kiosks, two tvs (only one was working), and numerous chairs. And no bathroom. I signed in anyway as a walkin and waited. I finally interrupted one phlebotomist and they said they would look me up. They came back and asked if I had a confirmation on my phone or email. I had to admit I did not and must have messed up somehow. So I waited two hours before finally giving up and leaving. Two hours of total boredom as there is no internet coverage and I could not use any apps on my phone. Please be sure you have a confirmation when scheduling online. Do not use this particular location as a walkin. It is very busy and the wait, as a walkin, is interminable.

If you'd like to experience the vision of a post apocalyptic waiting room this is it. A not particularly large space with 20 chairs lining the walls all filled with people waiting, two kiosks, a door to get your blood drawn and a door to leave. The only chance you'll have to speak to literally anyone who works there is the brief seconds when the plebotomists open the door to call their next patient. There is no admin support. Unless your appointment is in the very beginning of the day you can expect to wait 20-30 min after it is scheduled and if, like me, you had the misfortune of having a problem with the lab form you were given by the doctor you will be told you can't be seen and even when the doctors office agrees to fax over the corrected form you are told to check in as a walk-in with the other 20 people in the room even though you just spent 30 min waiting on your previously scheduled appointment.Florida is occasionally nicknamed "God's waiting room." This should be called Hell's waiting room.

I walked in around 230 and was seen immediately without appointment. I was very blessed for that due to most places having long wait times. My phlebotomist was Anthony and he did an exceptional job. No pain with blood draw which is not common for me, and he was very patient with explaining other collections needed. 10/10 recommend them and this facility.

Check in is easy and I was seen quickly. 5 stars there. The problem is with the hygiene. The phlebotomist opened the door and called for me wearing gloves. In the room, she wore those same gloves as she typed on the computer, grabbed things off the counter, put labels to specimen containers, set up for the draw, and handed me the electronic pen and pad for signature, then replaced it back onto the counter. She then grabbed her supplies and drew my blood wearing those same gloves. That’s not how how gloves work. You change them between touching things, or don’t wear them at all until you’re actually ready for them. Sanitize or wash your hands, and sanitize your surroundings if you feel the area is dirty enough to require gloves. Quest, your employees need proper education regarding glove use.

Staff is Extremely Rude. appointment at 11.40 am all the 12 pm are finished. my appointment time or name don't show in the screen and keep ignoring me, despite the fact that I asked 3 nurses . the same thing happens w 5 other people, They pick and choose who help first. they had no respect for sick people. The 3 nurses should never work in a health place environment.
