I've had STAT bloodwork performed at this location for three different doctors in the last few months. Quest is sending results to me, via the app, but not sending them to the doctors. The doctors call me three to four months later wondering why I haven't done the tests yet. Again, these tests were STAT... ASAP... but the doctors aren't getting the results. The ordering physicians want the results from the lab... NOT FROM ME!

The phlebotomist that helped me was so extremely rude. She made a rude remark to me in-front of everyone in the waiting room, which embarrassed me. and then when in the room I tried to put my purse down and she said “no purse on the station” which I responded oh sorry, where can I put it? She then replied rudely “I don’t know”.I’ve seen a lot of complaints on here about a middle aged black lady being extremely rude, so I’m assuming it’s the same person.I’ll never come back to this location.

Extremely unsatisfied. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I would like to warn anyone else before planning to head to this quest diagnostics, don't go here. I signed in and arrived on time for my appointment and was helped immediately. However the service was horrible. One of the workers attending me was extremely rude giving me attitude off the bat and and later proceeded to tell me if I made her stay past her time off which was at 1 p.m. We were going to have problems. I had never been treated so poorly. I had to get my test done in order to get hired for a new job, during a short window, if I was able to leave and head to another location I would've 100%. Please do better, and get better staff, I wouldn't wish what I went through for anyone else. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Called a day in advance scheduled a morning appointment. No one is in the lobby checking people in it's Self Serve-Check In. Make sure you have your ID and Insurance information ready to make everything else move faster. I was called back with the phlebotomist she took all my information as this was my first visit here at Quest. Didn't take very long, hardly felt the needle go into my arm. She had me double check my name and bday on each blood vial and that was it super quick and convenient.

Not able to navigate through the phone menu to speak to anyone I decided to do a walk in. They use tablets with ID scanners. At 540 North Nellis I went through the process only to be told at the end there are no open appointments today, would I like to schedule an appointment at another location or in another day? So it had me scan a barcode and go on my phone. The user interface on the phone scheduling app shows times all day but didn't let me click on any. At that point the tablet told me to sit down and I'd be called shortly?? The tablet already told me no openings for today!!! No staff members are present to ask for assistance so I left to the location on 1815 e Lake Mead figuring I could get in even though the phone app wouldn't let me click a time. Upon arrival, they have the same tablet check in system but the ID scanner was broken. I was the third person in line trying to check in when a staff member came to tell me it wasn't working and to skip the ID scan. Ok, so now it's 8:15 am and it tells me the next appointment is 11:10 or I could sit on standby but it might take longer than that. The tablet ID scanner not working means they will send me a text message to enter my medical card info, but guess what, no text message has come through..... Last year I went in, checked in, waited 15 minutes, had my blood drawn, and left, no tablets needed. Your new system needs some work. 1st, this should all happen before my arrival so fix you phone system. Don't let me drive all the way to your location to tell me not today! 2nd, get a standby estimate system for walk in appointments. 3rd why did you tablet tell me to have a seat after telling me not today??? Summary, ask your doctor if there is any way to avoid using Quest Diagnostics, they used to be great but are currently massively broken.

There is one particular employee here who is the rudest, most disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered. This woman wouldn’t even look at me or acknowledge me. When I kindly asked a question about my test, she rudely barked a comment on how stupid I was and then dismissed me and immediately started talking to one of her coworkers. It was pretty clear she despised certain types of people but not others because like 2 minutes later, I witnessed her helping someone else but with a kinder and gentler attitude. I walked out and re-scheduled another appointment at a different location. Absolutely horrible place and this one miserable employee is the reason. I have no idea how the other employees tolerate it even if it’s not directed at them. I’d report her but I imagine she could care less. Other reviews mention this same woman so it’s clear that Quest doesn’t care either. Sad.

Review on Quest Diagnostics, two locations, E Lake Mead and Nellis/Stewart. Been here twice in one week. All I needed was to pick up a specimen container, then use it, and drop it back off. First stop at E Lake Mead, they were closed for renovation. Well crap, okay ... I go to next nearest, miles away on Nellis/Stewart. tried the location on the east side of the street (wrong one, u-turn, go to west side of street). Picked up the container, then find out I also will need an appointment to return it. Really! No drop off? So, okay. I pick it up on Monday, need to return it on Wednesday. Everything is by computer ONLY, all appointments, no in person contact at this Nellis/Stewart location. It does not even have a reception desk. Just three check in monitors and chairs. The rest of pick up goes smooth enough, but when I get home I need to make the drop off appointment. I try to make an appointment, guess what,? ... Now the Nellis/Stewart is closed for renovations. Well, crap! But ... the Lake Mead location has reopened. Yay, maybe!! I have two other important appointments that day so I need an early morning drop off just like the pick up. But despite being closed for just the last two days, there's no time available before 8am, or to work around my appointments, getting in between 11-12:20pm, or after 3pm. So I took the only appointment available at 12:30pm, hoping for a quick drop off, no late running appointments before me, and a quick out to my next appointment before 1:00pm and over 20 minutes away! This was a timed test so I could not wait for several days for another appointment. I arrived early at 11:30am, hoping to check in and maybe squeeze in a few minutes early (after all it's just a specimen container drop off). I check in early, catch two different techs and explain my dilemma, hoping they can help squeeze me in. No luck! But at exactly 12:30pm, my appointment time, I was called back, they did a quick print out of labels, recertifying my information, etc., and I was out the door at 12:45pm. I was late for my next appointment, but thankfully they were only annoyed and didn't give it away! My dissatisfaction is in the poor scheduling of the appointments around their remodeling. There was nothing stated on the website - just a limited offering of appointments around the remodeling. Plus the remodeling seemed to be jumping between very close locations which made it difficult to catch a break for specimen drop-and-pickup. But in addition to that, I dropped off my specimen two weeks prior to my doctor appointment as instructed, and Quest had not completed the results in time for my appointment. My doctor was unpleasantly surprised that the results were not ready, and even checked my drop off date to see if I had truly completed it on time. Evidently, the remodeling put some of the Quest results behind schedule. So it cost me two doctors appointments to complete my health check. Luckily it was not super important, but still, it cost me a lot of additional time and an extra appointment. I am not pleased!

HORRIBLE ! Drove here for bloodwork with a 9am appointment, in which I’ve had been waiting for a week or 2 . Just for them to be “temporarily closed” ! Mind you , I ONLY found that out by searching through the whole medical building (3floors) asking different practices if they knew anything. & I wasn’t the only one that was inconvinced ! I was confronted by AT LEAST 7 more people (mostly elderly and people who were just dropped off) with appointments about how nobody called or even sent an email to us stating that this was an issue ! We all called the number to see about other locations and the automated line pretty much said we can not help you at this time , bye . And hangs up. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate and inconvenient .

They have a very easy sign in process. I had to take my mom to get blood work done. And we were in an out within 15 minutes. I've been here before too. They do a good job at getting things done rather quickly. They have good customer service. Plus, they do accept walk-ins. If course it's a little bit quicker if you do it by appointment, or you have to wait behind the others who do have an appointment. I've had to do both. And they have been quick either way.

Horrible “walk-in” concept. Don’t accept walk-ins if you can’t spare the time to see them. You can get there at 7:30 a.m. when their doors open and still not be seen.
