Boy, these guys sure got us out of an ugly situation last night! Shortly after 1pm my time one of our trucks blew a trailer tire in NIPTON CA. Booked a roadside service with our nation Michelin Account, and they sent out a company from Las Vegas to put our spare on. Yes we have a mounted spare, didn't even need a tire. Easy easy easy. After 7 HOURS of frustration, failed eta's and no show, Michelin, at my request, called and found Purcell Tire in Las Vegas. At 830pm MY time, Purcell agreed to come out and gave an eta of 90 minutes (72 mile drive ). 75 minutes later they showed up, and had our spare put on maybe 15 or 20 minutes later.
I really do wish Michelin would have found them first, but I can guarantee that they will be my FIRST call the next time.
Don't waste your time calling around. Call Purcell Tire first and then relax!
And put them on your trusted shops list -- that's what I did.

Great service, came to our shop with their new mobile service Van. They were in and out in an hour with a 4 tire replacement. We highly recommend!

Bought 2 steer tires and a 3 axle alignment. Was able to leave the truck. They called when it was finished. Very knowledgeable. Friendly people. Easy access off the freeway. Will recommend.

honest and straight to the point! very resonable prices and great service the price they quote you over the phone is the price you pay. i had 2 bad tires on my flatbed trailer and they worked me in right away.

Charlie Charlie Charlie that is the reason to go to Purcell's tire he has saved my life more than once without knowing it. I have an older Monaco Class A RV and I had to learn about it and it is not safe so whenever I had a question everyone told me call Purcell's I did not understand this until I spoke with Charlie he helped me over the phone even though I was not buying a tire at the time. Charlie is someone who took the time to speak to me about my tires and why my coach may not be driving right he explained bud studs to me so the garage I was at could stop kicking my tires to get them off. This is only one example. What Charlie did recently that really mattered to me is he understood I did not have the money for a new tire and he did not pressure me he just understood. Their is nowhere like Purcell's with Charlie. Places like this are gone taken over by large chain stores please give Purcell's your business. Thank you Charlie.

Pulled in with a blown semi trailer, 20 mins. problem solved tire changed, out the door and back on the road, thank you for not wasting my time and getting me right back to work!! Fast, efficient and I will not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a nail in my tire and right away I was taken care of. The kind gentleman at the front desk had me pull my car around and I was then introduced to Shaquille who was also so kind.I didn't even have to get out of my car while he worked on fixing my tire. Being a mom, that was so convenient for me with having my 3 year old son. Your the best Shaquille!?I will definitely be a customer for life because everyone here was great. Within no time, my tire was fixed and I was safe on the road again.Shout out to George also, thank you so much for everything, kindness goes a long way and it does not go unnoticed.

These guys are unreal good! I rented a skid steer for a job and pinched a tire. The rental company wanted to charge me some unreal price. I called Hector which was extremely easy. He listen to everything that happened and didn't try to over sell me which was nice. Everybody else I called wanted to do a brand new tire that would end up costing more than the rental he ended up finding me a tire that was perfect. The rim is bent, and he fix that no charge, and had me going again the same day. I ended up keeping the skid steer for a few more days and the guys ended up pinching another tire. Luckily, I was able to get it onto the trailer and get it to my house. Hector sent the field guy out. Leandro who is also extremely easy going as well. He did the tire right there on my trailer. It was done so quick. I was able to go back out to the job site within an hour. These are the guys you want to deal with. I deal with tons of people on a daily basis, especially in construction end. I can't tell you how nice it was to find these guys! Unreal fast and more importantly they felt my worry about the rims and just handled it. Pricing was extremely fair. Call these guys. They are ridiculously good!

Thank God there's still folks out there with compassion and the desire to provide quality customer service. I drive all over the country and it's never fun when you have mechanical problems away from home but I'm so thankful Purcell was there to help me. I had the death wobble multiple times coming into Vegas with a 40' 5th wheel behind me. Purcell took my truck in immediately and got me back on the road same day. I cannot thank them enough and now I have a mechanic in Vegas I trust! Big shout out to Nick for being so kind and going above and beyond for me.
