ADDED UPDATE FROM 2024!
2022-Has potential to be best card shop in the community but falls short. Great open space and amazing stock and collection of games and product.
Prices are actually shocking on some items. Triple retail prices on product.
Customer service is rough. I feel everytime i go in there that I am annoying to them. Each product I ask the price on just irritates them More and more. I am just profit to them or nothing. Either I need to buy something or leave the store.
Idea for you guys. Make tags for your product so we don't have to bother asking about 5 different items that have no price shown.
Like I said, Has amazing potential to be a truly great community gaming spot. But i leave everytime unimpressed and wishing I had a better experience in such a cool store
Edit- 2024. Decided to give this store another shot. I must be the problem. After spending close too $200 on product. I realize that their pack bundles are labeled incorrectly and you actually aren't getting the packs on their paper. Trying to show them the correct pack that is labeled on their other bundled. He's mumbling under his breath to stop taking apart their bundles and overall annoyed attitude that I'm asking questions and disrupting their computer work.
Just trying to show them the correct pack that should be in the other bundle that I paid for, maybe solve some future issues.
Asked him what his problem was he says he has no problem. Felt like a bother again as both workers could barely look up from their computers. I guess I'm used to some sort of customer service. Glad they started using labels for their prices though. Wasn't able to get a receipt for a return for some reason..
Jessie I believe his name is, needs a few lessons on customer service and how to talk to a paying customer. Will never be returning to this store. 3rd time will not be a charm
Maybe it's me, who knows. Very weird vibe there.

Excellent game store with friendly staff. Lots of open play space for TCG's (Magic, Yugioh, etc) and Warhammer, and a full calendar of tournaments / organized play times.

Similar to other reviewers, I found staff to be unwelcoming, unhelpful, and overall rude.
No one said hello, no one wanted to ask if has any questions or needed anything, just sat there doing absolutely nothing. I have never felt more unwelcomed in a game store. What a pathetic excuse for a WPN Premium Store.

Some of the rudest staff I've ever had the displeasure of trying to interact with. I've been talked down to like I'm some child that needs to be corrected. When asking for a judge they told me "Don't ever call for us I have an event going and I thought it was one of the people that I actually need to help. You approach the counter and ask you question, don't ever ask for a judge like that." as they had 3 people behind the counter doing nothing but chatting. I brought cards up to trade in and they told me "we are too busy to process this today". Then proceeded to watch anime for his whole shift and occasionally notify the tournament they were in the next round. 5 days later they processed it for vastly under their %60 trade in policy and at that point I didn't care enough to argue. Terrible staff, overpriced products and they act like they can't stand that you ever approach them for any reason.
