“I went in yesterday to mail a package off. I hadn't done this in years. The young man at the counter walked me through everything. And when we were done, I asked for a receipt. He said, I can text you the tracking number. I said, ok and then give him the wrong number. We laughed it off. And then he asked for my email address. I gave it to him and we waited for me to receive it. It took about 7 seconds. And I was off! Thanks again”
“Jessica, the pharmacist at this store is AMAZING at her job and deserves a raise. I picked up one medication from this pharmacy and she went into a full-fledged description on what NOT to do and what TO do while on this medication in great detail. I was absolutely blown away and this lady needs to be commended for her commitment to her work. Wow! I don’t ever do surveys. I couldn’t resist this one.”
“I recently switched to this pharmacy. I love the service! The pharmacist Rob was very helpful and very nice. Unlike the other pharmacists at other places like CVS or Walgreens, they are either too busy for you, or just flat out rude. I highly recommend this pharmacy , if you are looking for good one! ? ?”

“Hello..THANKS VERY MUCH I made a complaint about the use of gloves and washing hands a while ago in the pizzas and hot dogs area a while ago in Sams in spring mountain ,Las VegasToday, 2:30 pm ,i returned and i went to buy my pizzas slices and like always, the lady helped me with the best actitud and great smile,and,,,, SHE WASHED HER HANDS AND CHANGED HER GLOVES,,I thanked her for the help and for everything's.The situation is that in the same way as i did the complaint,i speak today to thank because things have changed”

“We were credited $30 because they missed one of our steaks in our on line pick up so Grant let us know to come back and he gave us our steaks with credit. Today we went to use the credit and the women at self check out was rude and couldn't care less about helping us figure out how to use the credit so she told us to go to self checkout and the women there wasn't sure so she called Grant to help and ofc like always grant came to the rescue!! Grant is THAT GUY!!! Thank you Grant!”

“A Customer Service Gem!
Since I started using the Sav-On Pharmacy at Albertson’s on 3010 W. Ann Rd, I have had an outstanding experience. I moved to the area in the summer of 2020 and initially used Costco for my medications. Occasionally, I would visit Sav-On and noticed that the team there was very friendly and attentive despite being obviously busy.
One standout moment was after just a few sporadic visits when one of the team members, Ebony, greeted me by name as I walked up, without needing to look at a computer screen or see my ID. I was so impressed and honestly touched, as that type of customer service is rare. Despite using my previous pharmacy for far longer, they never greeted me by name. They were friendly, but it lacked that personal touch.
This experience at Sav-On made me feel valued and like I was part of the community, which can be difficult in a large city where people move in and out often. Due to the fantastic team and Ebony’s exceptional customer service and relationship skills, I have now moved all my prescriptions to this Sav-On and highly recommend them!”

“This store is very clean. Employees are polite and extremely helpful. I was looking for an item that was moved from it's usual spot and was helped out by the lady at the deli counter. She took me to what I was looking for instead of just pointing and stating what aisle it was in.”

“The only thing that sucked about this trip to your store was that there wasn't a single ice cream product to buy at the time, it's understandable with the beginning of there summer sale and the prices that there ice cream was(i would be shocked if there ever able to stock and keep it stocked while the sale happens)but with it being as hot as it is in Las Vegas it's something that every store/company should try to never run out of, but other than that it was a great experience, found everything else I was wanting, the employees at the pharmacy and at checkout were helpful and very kind.. I don't think I've ever seen any store as tidy as this acavS was at this location that day and was amazed with how amazing there summer sale prices were, it blew my mind”

“Located on the northwest corner of Aliante Parkway and Elkhorn Rd just north of CC 215. I've never used the pharmacy here so my experience is with everything else. Normally, I come here to pick-up meds on their shelves, drinks, snacks, greeting cards, and infant items. They are well-stocked with variety of items for almost everything. On my recent visit, I noticed they now keep the well-known brands for allergy meds in the glass cabinet so you'll need assistance to get it. It is the price of people stealing certain items.Checkout lines are never long. They have 2 kiosk for self-checkout along with the someone behind the counter for any assistance. I'm normally in and out in less than 10 minutes.”
