The worst of the worst for service on leased trucks. I continually put all the problems my 2022 Volvo has when taking in for service. For some reason I’m lucky to get the oil changed. They must be strict on the time for each problem cause the mechanic will mark the problem repaired but it’s not even touched. My window sprayer is plugged up on the passenger side. Was on the list and not touched. I had drive tires put on the list and they didn’t even check em until I mentioned it and they said ya 2 needs to be replaced but wasn’t. I had been there 8 hrs waiting on my truck after they had it 3 days. And finally I had to take what was done and leave. Ridiculous!! The Penske in Salt Lake City is way better than this shop. At least they fix your problems and not put down as repaired or replaced when nothing but the oil gets accomplished.

I've rented moving trucks from the big three. Penske is the best! I had a front tire blow out in the middle of nowhere. On the shoulder with trucks and cars speeding inches by, the truck rocking from the air wave of each passing vehicle. With all of my possessions inside. I called Penske. Within an hour, a mechanic came and replaced the tire. The mechanic wouldn't even take a tip, and Penske didn't charge me for the tire! I had to use the truck an extra day. Because I had to rest, and I had no help unloading the truck. I called Penske customer service. They understood and let me return the truck a day late. Again, they didn't charge me for the extra day! I read other reviews that complained about Penske being expensive. The truck rental business is all about supply and demand. The price I paid was competitive with other truck rentals. Add great customer service, and you can get one from your local Home Depot. Then, they stand above the rest. I will never rent a truck from anyone else! Penske, Penske, Penske!!!!!

You can reserver a truck a week in advance and they will still not have it when you need it. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Service had my truck for a week and replaced a bad radiator with another bad radiator. I made it 180 miles before I broke down. I don't understand how they allowed me to take a vehicle that they know was not repaired.

My company leases a semi tractor from Penske. Their location is a short drive from our hub and I've gone there several times for maintenance and repairs. The Penske truck my company had was having problems before I even joined but we finally have a brand new lease truck with 1680 miles.

I flew in from the east coast to test cdl students here in Las Vegas. There were some issues with the trailer, and with the supply chain being in such a bad state they were unsure if they could get the part. I explained that I flew in from the east coast and that it would be detrimental if I were unable to test the remaining students for the reminder of the week. Well, Patrick and Nick from service really stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the stadium. Thank you ever so much for going to bat and saving the week!

The company I work for. Has a handful of rentals. This is my third time within a month taking my truck to a shop. Same complaint A/C doesn't work. They keep fixing everything else they find wrong with the truck. But my A/C still only blows warm air in the sleeper. It's more than just a filter Penske.

I'm handicap, my plaque in my front window of car, anyone can see it. His blinker was on and so was mine. Out of courtesy, I parked, giving him more then enough room to park. I got out of my car, the driver yelled at me, asking if I saw his bunker and where was he to park. I replied that he had a space and a half to park and that his truck would fit. He pulled up behind me, blocking me in, so I could not leave. I'm disabable, not using that as an excuse, but I can't walk long distances, and the lot was pretty full. I spoke to some one about it, and they agreed he had plenty of room to park. She said she would talk to him, and suggest I speak to his boss. He was very rude. He allowed another car to park in the empty space, thus, blocking us both in.

Excellent service ? they got me in and fixed the mechanical issues I had with the truck in less than 4hrs. Wayyyy faster than any truck shop I've ever been to and they're customer was as friendly as it could be in a hot shop in what feels like 90 degree weather.? the overall experience was so pleasant I wish I could put in a travel bag.Thanks for the service keep up the good work.
