I came and asked them to check my battery and power. They said I needed a new battery, acted cranky that I wanted them to install it, and when I said my battery light is still on after resetting the Maintenance lights they said I'd be fine and shooed me away.
Ended up stranded for hours in the middle of the street cause they couldn't be bothered to check proper diagnostics, didnt even check the new battery once installed. First O'Reilly experience and probably the last.

Stopped here after experiencing some car trouble, the people working here were super knowledgeable and helped me get all the parts I needed to get my car up and running!
I've never really had a bad experience at O'Reilly's, and this location was no exception!

The first time i came here i gave it a 2 star but the past couple times its been nothing but great service. A BIG shoutout to Eddie for helping me out with my suv. I needed to check a engine code and he suggested before i go to a repair shop i should use some cata cleaner because it could of just been bad gas. This 5star is for him

Guy was super helpful with a return I needed. The original product I purchased wasn't working well for my vehicle. He said this product normally doesn't take returns, but he managed to find a work around for me to exchange the product for a different one. Definitely coming back to this location because he was so awesome

My pregnant wife went in there to get oil for our two cars. The kid Dominic behind the counter wrote down the oil she needed and didnt help her to get it, or offer to help her take it to her are. ZERO customer service. It was more important to him to sit behind the counter and talk with his friend. When I tried to call today, he picked up, I asked to speak to a manager and he put me on hold and NEVER came back to the phone. I’ll drive the extra 3 miles to get to autozone now

Sorry if I spell the workers name wrong but Darquan was extremely helpful with what I needed and helped me put on my new windshield wipers as well.
