Brandon and some other asian dude ( unfortunately I didn’t get his name) took the time to get my balance and alignment done properly on my Malibu, they did what 3 different shops couldn’t do. “Easy scheduling procedures. Staff were very helpful and got me back on the road quick. Tech did a good job. Price was competitive after I shopped around. The other place I went to quoted me $75 for alignment over the phone, when I got there the guy said it was $169 and they weren’t able to get to me till the next day.”

“I have a very satisfactory experience at this Auto Care Center at W. Craig Rd, today. The technician who checked me in was very efficient and helpful. I had a tire balance and rotation job, 4 tires, and the technician who performed the tire balance and rotation was very knowledgeable and his workmanship was excellent. I recommend everyone to go to this place for auto care job.”

“The workers were amazing! However, work conditions seemed very unpleasant. They had one small AC unit smaller than the one I have in my own bedroom. Not sure how that’s expected to cool down the whole area with the giant openings. Some of the workers said they were going to leave and some said they were “paid” for it and they said this very sarcastically. You could tell it was very bad considering it’s about 116 outside and they’re working under hot cars. I’m sure the owner can afford a couple AC units..”
