I've always had good business with this Office Depot on N. Craig Rd. But lately it has been a hit and miss. I do alot of print and copy stuff with them and I recently had some stuff copied. The first batch came out okay but they doubled charged me on my credit card for services, I didn't complain because it was like a little over $2.00, the second time I had something done the lady behind the desk popped an attitude with me, that's the first time that has ever happened with me going there. Maybe she was having a bad day or something?! Anyway when I took my stuff home I did not receive everything that I requested but already paid for. I didn't want to have to go back out into the heat and make another trip up there so I said forget it. I just wish there was better customer service like there used to be, until than I will keep my rating low on their copy and print department until their services improve. Other services in the store are fine but there needs to be improvements in the Copy and Print Department.

I experience outstanding support from personnel during my visit. I was called by the doctor with a crisis and became devastated. The friendly and caring staff was there to assist me. The service for my purchase was also awesome. Thank you staff for your support!

Terrible. Not a place to do business. A place you can do business. But you shouldn’t. For obvious reasons. Buying a printer now. Hope others do the same so you guys will feel the pressure to be better. Honestly.

I appreciate having an Office Depot in North Las Vegas…it is very convenient. This has been my “go to” location for 18 years!

Store manager Destiny gives “customer service” without making eye contact or even looking up from the task she is doing. This was the first time I came to this location. I will continue to visit my home location where they have the courtesy to stop what they’re doing long enough to make eye contact with guest before they’re walking out of the store.

Bought a printer that failed in less than 90 days. Store would not support the purchase. Had replacement on display but not in stock. Had to drive 20 minutes to the nearest store with the replacement in stock. Contacted the manufacturer, and they issued a notice that product return can only be serviced through the vendor (Office Depot) who have already said return is only good for 14 days. Failed product. Zero customer service.

Don't buy a floor model chair here, because they won't discount it. They say the $15 assembly charge is waved because floor models are already assembled. They also take away factory warranty because it's a floor model. So, if you love paying full price for an out of stock item floor model, this is the place for you.

Destiny at the Craig Rd Store has great Customer Service. She is pleasant to some of the rudest people and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in different areas of this location.
