This is to all Navy Federal... My ID was stolen and due to the extensive security this bank has they were denied whereas several other banks allowed them to... Kudos to Navy Federal... Thanks a million ?

I love this bank they have always been good to us with their services, it can get busy there for sure and I wish they had more branches here in town to help cut back on such long lines. That would be my only complaint is sometimes there are long lines, but to me that means their a good bank and people like them and want to use their services. I would highly recommend this bank minus the sometimes long lines. But it is what it is and they try their hardest to accommodate everyone. I don't know about everyone elses reviews being so negative, I've never had an issue with any of the NFCU banks, they just need more banks here to maybe cut down on long lines and people's frustrations. But than again people need to show more patiences these days, we live in a very negative world these days and people are so impatient and cruel to one another and only want to pick out the negative in everything and everyone. Let us try being more Patience and having kindness goes a long way. If no one has ever worked as a CSR customer service representative, don't complain because it's not a easy job dealing with all types of people, their personalities and their complaints. Remember they are people too and more than not are trying the best they can to accommodate everyone. So be patient, be kind, be thankful!! We all need to be this way to one another to help one another instead of always looking at the flaws let's look for the good, because at the end of the day you are no better than another, flaws and all. We all should give others and ourselves room for improvements. Now if a person is grossly negligent or grossly rude then they do need to be called out and possible retrained or let go. Not all customer service representatives are a right fit for their job, my moto in life is live and learn and make tomorrow better than today???????and Love One Another no matter what!! ❤️

Fraud protection is a joke. Customer service sucks. This specific location has the worst attitudes as far as employees. The fraud department does not do their job. Thousands of dollars stolen from my account. As my home was broken into my computer, my phone, my wallet, everything was stolen, and the fraud department refused to honor their fraud protection policies. I get robbed by the robbers and robbed by the credit union . Just pathetic

It's sad that innocent honest people have to pay for the evil of others. Although I was misinformed of a hold on money I needed, I understand the circumstance surrounding the matters of the bank. I just feel after investigation and obligating to your customers, the answer should be yes and not I'm sorry! I will be closing my account on the day that my check clears! I have to mention one pleasant employee that I did speak with made me see things different, kept me calm, and should be complemented for being outstanding when it comes to customer service. Her name is LaTara! Kudos to her! I had to click on a star in order to post my comment, otherwise, I would not even given a star! Respectfully!!!!

Poor customer service with Emily in Decatur, Las Vegas. Gives us a bad attitude and refer us to another teller. Other tellers are great!

The ATM's are always down, the lines always long, and the checks get held for 5 business days no matter the amount. I will probably switch to another bank. Only thing that keeps me coming back, is knowing that the other customers there are vets, and they probably get as frustrated as i do with this bank.

ATMs are usually broken. Even if they work they will eat your $$$. Navy Federal will not return your funds and call your claim FALSE.
