This is to all Navy Federal... My ID was stolen and due to the extensive security this bank has they were denied whereas several other banks allowed them to... Kudos to Navy Federal... Thanks a million ?

One of my favorite credit unions Good people friendly and courteous and also have online access to order cashier's checks and other services that expedite customers needs.

The ATM's are always down, the lines always long, and the checks get held for 5 business days no matter the amount. I will probably switch to another bank. Only thing that keeps me coming back, is knowing that the other customers there are vets, and they probably get as frustrated as i do with this bank.
