This location knowingly sold motor mounts that were bad. I found this out after two of the four that were purchased from them, for my vehicle failed nearly immediately. A year and a half ago they sold two that were defective, but they may or may not have known those were. They only offered a refund on one of them because they were out of warranty, but the one was so bad that they did a refund. Mind you it takes me a week to put 100 miles on my car. Sometimes I don't even do that much. My car is also in my garage more than it is outside.

Buyer beware! All online orders with store pickup you will be charged an additional 5% they're claiming for local sales tax. Then it will take 3 to 5 business days for that money to be unheld and available to you again. They're claiming this is to cover any additional taxes which is not true and no other merchant does this. When an order is
placed online and picked up in the store they know exactly what the taxes are at that time. Then if you try to call customer service it's in another country and they don't know our laws here. You will have to fight to get your money back and I will never ever shop at NAPA Auto parts again!!

My visit to Napa Auto Parts in North Las Vegas was a thoroughly positive experience. The store's exceptional cleanliness stood out immediately, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff's friendly demeanor further enhanced the overall visit. Upon entering, I was greeted by two gentlemen who were not only attentive but also seemed genuinely delighted to assist customers. Their laughter and enjoyment added a pleasant touch to the shopping environment. Throughout my time there, the staff proved to be knowledgeable and helpful, making my search for auto parts much smoother. Make sure you call before you head to the store if it says your items is there. They have terrible inventory control. I am just trying to save you some gas. ?
