BEWARE OF FRAUD CREDIT CARD AT THIS HOTEL.I have detected several fraud credit card transactions at this hotel. Someone has used my Canadian credit card information to make fraud transactions without my authorization from Nov 24 to Dec 04, 2023, even I am still in Canada. I have reported this incident to the credit card company.

This place is dirty, toaster doesn't work, hair dryer doesn't work, the breakers kept needing to be switched there was no power in the night stand, you must request that your room be cleaned (and then your room may or may not be cleaned) you have to go down stairs to get fresh towels, the coffee in lobby is cold, the front desk person won't give you the corporate number, the manger was really rude and kept calling the front desk asking what room I was in and I felt threatened.

The lady in the pink was very nice along with the rest of the staff! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Also in near a lot of food spots and it always smells good here inside and out! Super safe choice here!

My room was on the 1st floor and had so much dog hair the sheets wasn't clean and in the lobby they just had kids running around... First time i came here it was clean now its nasty need lots of cleaning down stairs... Location is not good neither in the back of the hotel have drug

Pros: Nice room with lots of amenities for a decent price.Cons: Shower didn't drain well and bed was very squeaky.

This place was amazing for an overnight stay. Very clean, dog friendly, kind staff and reasonably priced in a good part of town. The name may sound like it's a bit shady but it's absolutely not. My room came with a full fridge and freezer, stove top, spacious rooms and comfy beds. If you're looking for a place, pick this one!

Got a room for two nights, our second night our vehicle was stolen, should've known it was bad when someone else's car was broken into the day before. The aren't any cameras in the parking lot and the staff couldn't assist us.

Way nicer than I expected..rooms were very clean..a bit dated but still nice..they have a kitchenette and full sized fridge..quite a few food choices within walking distance..and the front desk clerk..Christy was very nice..I was very happy with my stay.Rooms: Kitchenette, comfortable beds small bathroom but nice

Reserved a room for 3 nights in NorthLas Vegas. Upon arrival the room was not as selected through Expedia. We asked for another room but they were booked solid. They would change our room the next day. Asking for a refund for that one night, My Place Hotels would not deal with us. Not their policy to refund. Went through expedia and was told the hotel would not refund through them either. The upshot, my place hotels are standard fare and other places outshine them for the same price.

We came to check in at 2PM an hour early thinking it would be ok. Unfortunately i was very wrong. We weren't able to check in until after 3 my mom couldn't check in until after 430 pm the elevators were not working. there was a funky smell. i would never stay here again.

The photos do not match up with the reality of this hotel. You walk in to a very dated "lobby" that smells odd. The carpet is dingy and worn and the elevators are not in working order. You're better off to rent an Airbnb or go to a hotel on the strip. I don't recommend this location.

1. Checked in at 3:30- clerk seemed to be in training, and the woman who seemed like she knew what she was doing was working in the back office, doing something else. The lobby had about 5 other people milling around- one of them told the clerk that he had to remove the smoke detector in his room because the battery was dead, he asked for a new 9 volt battery. She told him the maintenance man was busy, and asked if he really needed it. He said "I guess not" and she said they would try to get to it tomorrow. When handed our keys, we were told the elevator wasn't working because of "the rain", and it wouldn't be working until Tuesday or Wednesday (I checked in on Saturday). Our room was on the 4th floor. I was told there were no rooms on lower floors available right then. The stairwell reeked of weed, and the room smelled like someone had burnt their breakfast in the little kitchenette. Toilet would not flush, there was wetness on the bathroom floor (maybe from an overflowed toilet before we got there?) This place was just gross. Very disappointed for such a newer hotel.
