I made my appointment online, and checked in via automated text message. It was easy and convenient. I was seen a minute or two after checking in. The NP was personable, friendly, and listened to me. She put in my prescription and it was ready by the time I got to the counter. I was very impressed with the entire visit, and will come here before Urgent Care in future.

Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Everybody was welcoming and friendly. The practitioner Leila’s attentiveness and care for my visit was beyond outstanding. Such an amazing medical professional. She addressed all of my questions/concerns. Educated me about what I was going through and provided helpful tips. I’ve already told my family/friends about this amazing clinic. Those that are seeking medical care here, please be patient and understanding. They will tend to your concerns and will do a thorough job. Be respectful and kind.Thank you so so much for your kindness, patience, and care to everyone working at this clinic!

Every time I come here there are no available appointments until the 3rd day out. What’s the point of that? Any illness will resolve itself in that time anyway.

Super GRATEFUL for the above & beyond service from Minute Clinic on W. Ann Road in Las Vegas. Read through reviews for other urgent care places how walk-in service would be 3 hours wait. So we mentally accepted it because we knew my daughter had strep and we had to go see a doctor because we were from out of town. As we checked in at the kiosk, showed no appointments for today at W. Ann Road location, so it offered other locations to make an appointment. As we were walking away, Izella, who works there stopped us & asked us if we needed to be seen. She wasn't sure why the kiosk didn't show any availability but she took us in and the APN, Sharon saw us on the spot! We are grateful for Izella for being aware that we were walking away and for Sharon for being so thorough with the COVID test & strep test & checking vitals and getting us on our way to pick up our meds. Each of them were so friendly, so willing to help, worked quickly and so professional. This location was clean, bright and not busy at all. We were just relieved we didn't wait 3 hours for service while on vacay. Thank you Izella & Sharon!

I like it here. Not many people the times I've went. Got in and out I'm maybe an hour. Nice doctor.

The service's offered are done by qualified caring staff at great prices and in a timely manner rather you have or don't have insurance. They have several MinuteClinics across the city.

Just left and the doctor was fantastic. Very quick, he was very friendly and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Much better experience at this location.

I liked it, but I didn't realize my insurance wouldn't cover much from my visits. So, that sucks. Also, my wife and I had the same procedure with the same insurance and got charged different amounts for our deductable. Not sure how that happens. So, for these reasons, won't be back

Showed up for my appt and they do not accept HPN insurance, fine I'll just pay out of pocket. I'm just there for a sinus infection. I know what I have and need some antibiotics. The MA tells me they can't see me because I'd be committing insurance fraud. Since when can't you see whatever dr you want???? If I'm willing to pay for it there's no fraud happening. This place is a joke.

I scheduled at this Minute Clinic to test my antibody levels for Covid. I had been vaccinated twice in summer but I was curious about my antibody level and a doctor friend of mine gave me the idea. My wife scheduled it for me and told me when to be there. I was to arrive at Minute Clinic inside of CVS by 9:25 am and sign in on the Kiosk for my 9:40 appt. I attempted to sign in at 9:21 but the system did not find my appointment. There was nobody at the minute clinic lobby but me. A CVS employee asked if I needed help. It turns out that I had an email with a code in it that I had to enter. I should have educated myself a little more on the procedure but I typed the code in at around 9:32 am. The Kiosk said my code had expired. The CVS employee said, "don't worry, We'll get you in." She went in through a Minute Clinic door to talk to the staff about me. I think the staff was only one or two people. A Nurse Practitioner or Medical Assistant type person came out about 5 minutes later and asked me for my last name. She then asked for confirmation of my contact phone number. When I gave it to her, the trouble started. "We called this number yesterday to confirm your appointment and were hung up on three separate times" , she said with a sneer. I didn't remember hanging up on anyone three times the day before, and told her perhaps a mistake had been made. She then explained with little patience that the test would not do what I thought it would do and that my insurance would not cover it and I would have to pay. I said no problem. The test would not tell anitbody level, only presence of antibodies. We moved on to my vaccine card being required. I could only provide a picture I took after the first Pfizer shot, and couldn't produce evidence of the second shot which I received. The email reminder I received for the appointment did not specify the covid vax card requirement. Where is my Covid vax card right now? Hey, I'm 56 years old and male. Without my wife I would probably be wondering around lost in a parking lot somewhere. I think maybe it's in my desk drawer in my office at work. She began checking for something on her computer which confused me because if the process is dead in the water without the Vaccination card which I was not able to produce, why are we not walking back to the lobby area and saying good bye? I also could not understand why if I am the only one there , did she need to tell me that my appointment was cancelled because someone hung up on her and maybe I should have to come back some other time only to be brought into the examination room area. As I reached for my zero calorie plastic bottle beverage with one hand my other hand successfully lowered my Covid mask to the edge of my lower lip. At that moment, this employee of Minuteclinic, says, "And you need to keep your mask on." Not politiely, more sneer. This might be the rudeness that is describe in other reviews here. I responded by saying, " I think we are done here." In all fairness, I checked my call log afterward. I didn't hang up on anyone three times. I have always chosen not to leave negative reviews about businesses or companies. I want businesses to succeed and the business world can be difficult. This experience caused me to change my view. I'm experiencing more and more behavior like this from adult people. Maybe it is my imagination, but our human fabric as a society may be weakening. One problem employee can do costly harm to a business' reputation. I look at these online review sites differently now. I expect to be held accountable. Businesses and their employees should also be held accountable. If I had checked the reviews here first, I wouldn't have gone. Oh, and random helpful CVS employee, thumbs up to you. Thank you for the help.

Doctor Madeline was extremely helpful. She listened and asked questions and got me sorted in no time. I booked the appointment online, signed in with the kiosk, and it all went very smoothly. I had my covid results before the end of the visit!
