Stopped in here tonight because we were going to the one on lake mead and getting horrible service. My husband had been without a phone for going on three months because the store on lake mead kept telling us they couldn't get the phone that the insurance set up and there was nothing they could do and we just had to wait. So we stopped into this metro store thinking we were just going to have to start a new account. We explained the situation to Beatrice and let me tell you she was AMAZING!! She got on the phone till she got answers and got his phone turned on after. We are so grateful to her. I had been on the phone with metro for hours over the last three weeks and been into stores and she is the first person I spoke to that actually seemed to care about us and keeping our business with metro! She is the singular reason why my husband is still with metro!

I have already been without Internet for 2 weeks and they haven't solved the problem. The truth is, the service is terrible... but when you have to pay for the service, they don't wait, they cut it off and that's it.

I went to the Metro at the Ann Decatur Marketplace because my phone was frozen on the welcome screen and when I called customer service the guy told me that it was a problem with my software and if I went to a metro store they could hook it up and fix the problem. The woman at Metro told me my phone was so old that it was no longer compatible with their system and that she did not have anything to hook my phone up to that would fix it. I expressed concern that I was unable to get into my online account because of the 2 step verification since my phone wasn't working, I was unable to receive the verification code sent to my phone. I asked her if she could remove it so that I could login and she told me that it was just a matter of answering my verification questions in order to do that so I asked if we could do that. She asked me why I needed to get into my account and I responded that I wanted the ability to possibly switch devices or cancel service if I wanted and she said she could cancel my service. I said I don't want to do anything right now but I want to have the ability to do so if/when I wanted. For some reason, she refused to let me have access to my online account. I asked her several times but she just kept asking why I wanted to get into my account. I shouldn't have to have a reason to get into my account but she refused to give me access. She said I could buy a new phone from her, the cheapest one being just under $90 but I didn't have it so I asked if she could transfer my service to a different phone but since it was an LG phone she said that nobody will put service to an LG phone since LG is no longer making phones. If I had known at the time I would have asked about all the LG phones still being sold but I took her word for it. While I was arguing with her my phone started getting notifications for all the messages I had missed while my phone wasn't working which made me happy so I thanked her and left. Why wouldn't she allow me access and why wouldn't she transfer service to an LG; even if they weren't making phones anymore, I could have transferred everything to the LG just so I could access all the info I couldn't access with my broken phone?

T-Mobile sends you there on map but is actually a Metro only location. Even by T-Mobile you can't talk about that equipment or service.
