Dislocation they do not give you the Metro PCS specials or deals. I got a free tablet and phone from the corporate MetroPCS on Craig and Revere.

I get my gas here every two weeks it's fast and easy to drive into and exit out.

Employee has a bad attitude. I walked in and asked if they can look at my phone because it stopped working. Dude said “I’m not a technician” and nothing else. MetroPCS is an extremely sorry and lackluster company. What are you here for if you can’t fix a phone or at the very LEAST offer me another solution. This incident instantly made me switch to T-Mobile where they have technicians. Good luck getting phased out by T-Mobile!

Miss lady Uri I think her name was she was very pleasant. I was gifted an iPhone then I came to metro to connect it and she helped me set the whole phone up and made sure all my information transferred over and showed me how to use it. Great customer service with her every time I visit her store on Craig and Simmons by the Smiths , she’s the only lady I want to do service with.

I have to compliment customer service Wesley, today I accidently lock my new Pixel 6 Pro cell phone when I tried to disable the "talk back" option, Wesley not only happily to help me out spent only couple of minutes to disable the "talk back" service even I am not Metro customer but T-Mobile, compare to the other one who turn me down even without take a look my phone, Wesley's service would earn me as a future customer.This is a basic customer service's attitude to work in a customer service oriented retail store, I would like management to know what an assess to have Wesley as the employee.Thank you Wesley.

I went by there yesterday 12/17 the girl had a sign saying she'll be back in 30 minutes it was more like an hour. She had 5 people waiting, she was rude and really didn't seem interested in helping the customers.

This is not a corporate MetroPCS is privately owned I would not recommend going there... The big head Mexican girl that work there lies about the prices she only wants to sell you what she wants to sell you just to get her commission...She lied about the price of a phone she also lied about a tablet. I went down the street to the corporate office on Craig and Revere. I only had to buy the plan the phone was free. I also bought the tablet for $35 that she said she couldn't sell me.... She told me I would have to pay full price.... To the big headed biiitch at the Metro PCS on Simmons and Craig road you're a sad case.... You have a big head and you have too much on your mind you big Amazon you know exactly who you are....

The young lady that helped me was outstanding very greatful She understood I needed to get away from AT&T a and T has been overcharging people for years I have been with AT&T since 19 0 5 nothing ever changed it just got worse or worse Thank you T-Mobile for everything I have got a wonderful contract the young lady that helped me was outstanding standing on Simmons and Craig check them out that a great essay come out dedicated they have a wonderful plan and I am very blessed with the plan that I've got AT&T was been ripping me off every since 1905 Search around through cellular is cellular places before you accept AT&T there the highest one in the market it took me to find out the hard way

Usually my wife and I love metro pcs but this particular location ( Off W Craig in North Las Vegas) was not impressive. It was my wife's birthday Today I told her she would be getting a new phone today & she was so excited we have been w/Metro PCS/by T-Mobile for a very long time, so I was pretty sure we could get a good deal.Being that we have been so happy with there customer service (very) until today, the young lady was not interested in helping me out with a good deal, she was more interested in hanging out with her friend that was there. So to say the least my wife and I were very very disappointed with the service, actually we were thinking of switching carriers I was hoping a Metro PCS/T-mobile representative could e-mail me about this situation and come to a resolution.. I feel very sad for my wife because the phone was for her birthday, from her mom & I.. And we are here visiting her mother in Las Vegas from Portland, Oregon..
