Great staff and service. I needed to set up a new service after dealing with several issues the week prior. I was stressed, wasn't sure what I wanted and a scatter brain. The gentleman who helped me was patient and more than happy to go through the options with me.

Such a horrible Experience the gentleman there was really rude, i when in to get my phone check and he was charging me to even check my phone tell me i need to tip him, I when to T-Mobile next door they fix my issue , i will call corporate and tell them my bad experience. whit Metro pcs.
