Checked in online. Staff was friendly. It was quick to be called in but took an hour just be seen by the doctor.

Friendly staff, wait time was short. Went in for a drug screening. Instructions were clear.. Glad that they are open on Sundays until 8pm . Took me in as a walk in.

The staff was friendly, would’ve been nice for them to be more accommodating for potential serious injuries. I broke my shin bone by the knee and the wheelchairs they have don’t even have a foot rest on the wheelchair

The staff was very helpful and kind To a situation dealing with a 180 deposit on a visitIf I have insurance with a co pay why are patients paying a 180 dollar deposit? If my co pay is 20 dollars I shouldn’t need a credit card to be seen if I have my insurance. I’ve been here before and it was amazing, in and out with time to spare, this time not the case.The new system that requires a credit card to be seen will leave the community unseen and with underlined problems because they don’t have 180 dollar deposit.This is very unproductive and makes a simple check up into a money scheme. Let’s actually CARE NOW!! CRAIG!Again the staff was amazing 5 stars!!! Maybe new management is needed on decision making.

Because I thought I had a sinus infection, so did the doctor. Spent 5 seconds with me, no exam. But got meds.

Not a good location, I came in at 11:45am, filled out paperwork, waited 20 min then got put in room a nurse did, initial questions, then we waited for an hr in room for doctor, no one came in to see us, tell us any information nothing,, they were not busy at all, unprofessional to just put your patients in room for an hr, and we have to come get you, will not come back to this location, they had more then enough people for how patients were there so wait time unexceptable.....

I really like my doctor, Dr. Laurel Neville she was very nice and understanding. She was also very attentive and kind, and made me feel a lot better before I left.The rest of the staff was also very nice.

Overall positive experience as far as the Healthcare provider's that I saw. The nurse and doctor were both sweet and listened to my concerns and treated me well and had me in and out within an hour. The front desk person was okay but I do not like the fact that they point at a QR code to have you check in especially when your in pain. I could see just inputting name and address but me having to take pictures of front and back of driver license and insurance card and waiting for them to upload while the front desk woman is just sitting there is not okay.
