I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Mattress Firm, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience, thanks largely to Kevin, one of the salespeople there. From the moment I walked in, Kevin was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, making sure to recommend mattresses that would truly work for my sleep style and budget.
Kevin was patient and never pushy, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. He guided me through the different mattress options, explaining the pros and cons of each and helping me try out several until I found the perfect one. It was clear he really knew his stuff and cared about making sure I’d be happy with my choice.
The entire process, from selection to purchase, was seamless, and Kevin went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Thanks to his guidance, I’m now sleeping better than I have in years! I highly recommend Mattress Firm, and if you can, definitely ask for Kevin—he’s the best!

My husband and I went in and worked with Harvey, who was wonderful. We had specific sleeping concerns we wanted to address and we wanted to invest in a good mattress. Harvey really helped us find the right set up for us. I would definitely recommend working with Harvey.
