This company is the worst these are still feeling my dad who dies February 28th his name is James spriggs I can't find an email to get a hold of them you can't get them on the phone I called one of their home office numbers and they said that they would stop it and still more bills in the mail more bills in the mail so sick of it he only had the service for about 2 weeks before he passed

I've had lincare products portable oxygen and a larger tank in my bedroom for about 4 years and I haven't had any problems in all that time

Lincare personnel are nothing short of amazing. I call and ask for assistance setting up some equipment and they immediately take care of it. They provided 'extra' nasal cannula's and sent them overnight. Anytime I call to ask for anything they are always polite, ready to listen, and respond with answers. Final note is that it's noting like getting a long winded 'our options have changed so please listen to the list of options before pressing 1 to 15.' It's nothing like that. They answer the phone and are super helpful and polite. I rank them clearly number one well ahead of almost any medical supply and service company.

If they would communicate better on why it took 5 months to get my cpap machine they would have gotten a better rating. They are very hard to get ahold of ,when I did get thru I was told I needed to talk with someone else after being on hold for 30 min. And that person was at lunch. Then they never returned my call.

The Preferred Homecare ...Is the worst.. .no one calls you back..The receptionist doesn't notate the chart after speaking to her...I wanted a supervisor to return my call..4 times i asked.. Never got a call back..TERRIBLE CUSTOMER ....MAYBE YOU NEED TO HIRE COMPETENT EMPLOYEES.

Entitled Mike insisted doing things his way after mentioning new apartment rules he made every excuse in the book then threatened not to deliver oxygen for my Mother who was just discharged from the hospital then upset my pregnant wife not abiding by apartment rules then complained about working 17 hour shifts for just being asked to deliver to the front door instead of the garage. I then reported him to a Lincare supervisor named Keoni who said she would speak to him. Yesterday I left the oxygen tanks out in the front for a refill, Mike left a note at the door saying he missed us instead of doing what he’s payed for refilling the tanks. Very disappointed with how unprofessional this company is! Look elsewhere instead of dealing with this company.

I returned the items I was using. I called and asked for a receipt showing I sent the items back. The only option is for me to drive there. No they will not email me the receipt, No they will not mail it. My only option is driving there. Well I don't have a car at this time. If I call Uber that will run me over $60.00 round trip. This Company really Sucks. They make it so convenient for Seniors to get what they need. They really love working with you.. NOT......I would not recommend this So called Company to anyone. No Compassion & they take forever to answer your calls.

Unbelievable! Have called 3 times in the last 3 weeks to have the equipment picked up. Twice to corporate and once to the local office. Our insurance company has called twice as well. All asking to have the equipment picked up. Each time we’re told someone will call to give you a time. Then NOTHING! Each time we’re told there is a record of me calling but no appointment or even a request for pick up notated in their system!!! AND YOU’LL CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED UNTIL WE PICK IT UP!!! Uhhh WHAT! I’m starting to believe this is some kind of ploy to get more fees. They won’t call back, even input the request for pick up but will continue to charge me. How is this legal??

Not only is the company all about their needs and you pay for it; they have hired a very emotionally ill Respiratory Therapist who is so evil and plays her game with precision & actually attacking me after about 30 minutes of total ridiculous high school game playing with her boss on the phone. Doing horrible things here as she acts so sweet to her boss after months of her bullying me in my own home. She attacks me on her way out because I wouldn't change my signature this time to suit her. Extreme caution with this one.

Horrible Service!!! First it took 3 months for them to get me a CPAP machine. Second they shipped 2 months of supplies to another state and still charged me for it. If you call customer service or support it will take at least 15 minutes to get anyone on the phone. This company is so disorganized that it is definitely a company that only wants your money but not do good business. If you can I would avoid this business.

I have used their service for at least 4 years last 6 months they have not cared about taking care of my systems I have been trying to get the hose and I have not been able till today that I spoke to Anita great customer service

We have been waiting for CPAP supplies since March! We have talked to all the necessary people and we have submitted any needed paperwork and information multiple times over the course of the 6 months and still no supplies. After each phone call, the company is supposedly sending the supplies which never arrive. I don't know what kind of business can be run like this and still exist.

I have been calling to pay my bill for 2 months, I was placed on hold for over an hour and they say they are sending me to collections??? How, why I can not pay the bill if I can not see what I am paying for. I am so glad I changed DMI company...

This was by far the most unprofessional co. I've dealt w/ in yrs. I believe it was a 3-4 man operation. Unable & unavailable to accommodate their customers. Working by call center messengers & 1 1 CSR/Delivery driver/Mngr./Supervisor all rolled up into 1 nasty person depending on the day. Equipment failures & 1/2 filled oxygen tanks. A terrible co I wouldn't refer to anyone.
