Other than the excitement of getting a refund I was most pleased with the work Mary lou did on my taxes. She was beyond being a professional. She walked me through each line with explanation so I could understand and just important took the time to both listen and answer my questions. When I left her office after we completed I felt so relieved, calm, and full of appreciation. I am already looking forward to tax season because I know where I will get the best service.
