I don't know what has changed over the past few years, but I am so impressed with the staff here. They are friendly, understanding, personable, and helpful. A few years back, it was completely different. I've witnessed several staff members help out elderly people trying to figure out their lab work or the tablet check-in process. Everyone explained things well when asked, and given the high volume of patients coming in, they maintained a positive attitude. You used to walk in there and find people on their phones, not being helpful especially to the elderly who find trouble navigating the system and process and just rude. The past few times I've been there the last 2 or 3 years, it really seems to have changed. Whoever the ladies were that were working today, a Monday after a holiday weekend, deserve a Bravo because they were the best.

So you can say that I've been here many times over 14 years! My experiences I've always been good, except for one time and they rectify that for me. I was greeted by the staff. I did have to wait a bit but everything was good. Oh in case you didn't know they moved their actually next to a large employment firm. Conveniently on Cheyenne. Keep up the great work.

By far the best experience I have ever had! I am a hard stick. When I relayed this information to Kenneisha she was kind, humble, and took the time to make sure she wasn't going to hurt me. She even give me several tips and tricks to use with other providers that will make the process less painful and frustrating in the future. She was fun, friendly, and incredibly positive. Thank goodness for this beautiful human coming across my path today!

My 9month old son had to get blood work for potential allergies and Jenny went above and beyond to make it a good experience. We got there and my doctor accidentally put in "adult" blood work instead of pediatrics.. Well, Jenny allowed us to stay in the room and had to contact the doctors office to get a new order sent in. She not only assisted in this process she allowed us to stay in a room for over an hour. Most people would have sent us home and made us come back, or even sent us into the waiting room, not Jenny. She was seriously hands down one of the most wonderful people I have dealt with in healthcare. The front desk woman and another man also assisted during this process. All and all... amazing staff!! Thank you.. thank you .. thank you!!!

Even though there was something wrong with their system and patients before me waited for a while, the staff kept us updated and was apologetic. I was glad when the staff decided to keep employment drug screens separate from other patients. It made my wait just a little shorter, plus I couldn't hold it that much longer. The technician was very pleasant and friendly.

This is the best Labcorp location I have visited. Kenesha was fast, friendly, and even explained how blood drawing worked which helped to keep me feeling calm and informed. Give this lady a bonus! I will come here again if I need further testing.

I had my CBC done on June 21, 2023, and waited a few days for the result. The CBC result wasn't available through their online portal when I checked it two days later from the day of blood collection. So I went back to this location to personally ask about my result. Unfortunately, after a thorough investigation by the staff as to why my CBC result wasn't available, it came out that Labcorp was unable to collect sufficient specimen to perform the test - CBC, and I find it weird. The same thing happened on June 27 with the same notation "unable to collect". But despite the inconvenience of having to redo the CBC and waiting for another few days for the result, the warm and friendly staff, Jenny T., Lonnell, and Ashley, made me feel okay, and I will be visiting this place again for my next routine blood work.By the way, Lonnell extracted my blood quickly and efficiently on June 21, and the same goes for Jenny T on June 27 and July 11. No pain was felt.I hope this time, on July 11, the recollection of specimen was done around 1:30 p.m., and I am hoping for a result on my CBC.update: July 12,2023got my CBC result today. thank you.

I am really not sure if I want to tell everyone how great LabCorp at 2535 W Cheyenne #105 is, but okay I will! They are AWESOME! They are conveniently located on Cheyenne with lots of free and close parking. They recently added the LabCorp logo to the glass door; before that I had a little trouble finding the new location. The front door faces the street, if you go a little into the parking lot you will see a giant MANPOWER sign high up on the building for another business housed there. Sidewalks are wheelchair accessible but the front door is very hard to open, there's no automatic opener. I imagine if you need help coming in, a quick knock on the door will get you help from another patient or a technician. I don't see any handicapped parking but there's always been a lot of available parking every time I've been there.I've never been able to wait for an appointment online so I've only ever been a drop in. Wait times are very reasonable, lots of comfy chairs in the front area. The people working there are so friendly and highly competent. Sorry I didn't catch their names but they are very nice! For today's blood test I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They are open M-F 7am-3pm, 8am-2pm for drug screening.

Not open, don't bother going here. They still have a sign up outside, though. They should list this location as closed to avoid confusion.

This labcorp permanently closed? It was so convenient having a smaller location that wasn’t always super busy.

Made an appointment a while back for this location to arrive on the date and see a sign on door that stated this location is permanently closed. No notice or cancellation. Waste of time.

I went to have a blood draw during the Christmas break while I was off work. This was for pre-surgery testing. I arrived at 1:30pm and when I walked in there were 3-4 people waiting. I completed the electronic registration and sat down. First thing I noticed was the stack of Urine Collection Cups on the water cooler being used as drinking cups.I was called by the lady at the counter and she immediately asked why I couldn't go to the LabCorp at the hospital where it wasn't busy! She then proceeded to admonish everyone in the waiting room for "messing up" her afternoon! She continued to yell and berate people the entire time I was there. Slamming the door on the microwave, complaining about all of the blood she still had to process. She sent one lady away that was there for a drug test on her break! What was she supposed to do? The phlebotomist just went along with the hole thing repeatedly saying "Calm down girl!". I think I heard him call her Annie.Never, have I seen such an unprofessionally run office.
