Lived here for about seven months as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and it was a wonderful experience. Office staff is so friendly and maintenance crew is usually pretty quick to fix any problems your apartment has. Plus, the apartments are super nice and roomy as well. Very quiet complex and everyone kinda keeps to themselves which is nice sometimes. Would definitely come back to live here, for sure.

They fix things pretty quickly. That said they NEVER replace anything with something new. The replacement you get is just as old as whatever was broken. Everything in the apartment is OLD. The air conditioning is loud, the heater is loud. The appliances are old, including the toilets and sinks. The floors are not real wood. The toilets continue to run unless you jiggle the handles. The air conditioning is either freezing or not cold enough. They are constantly fixing the water pipes so it is best to drink bottled water.Btw. They will lure you in with a low rent price and then when you go to renew the lease the rent increase is huge. The last rent increase, right after the pandemic was $325. The rent increase made my rent more than new people moving in, which just added insult to injury.

Terrible customer service. 1st "they" picked the day you move in for you. Then if you cannot move in for previous obligations until a certain time of the month, and you ask them to wait until the day of the month you want they say no and keep your Two Hundred Dollar deposit. Bad response to customer emails, just a bad place overall. Carlos and Ruby. I guess they have to have a certain amount of people moving in by month end to meet their quotas. Then they make you get renters insurance before you know you're going to move in. All in all I'm out about $ 450. 00 for what.? Don't rent here!!! Cute houses but what a waste of lousy personnel.

Renting a apartment that was not told about it being wheelchair accessible , without a nossle for the tub to fill up all bad.

The apartments are nice but the manager Carlos is not. I feel that he did not like my children. He was always knit picking about them being out. He made up lies that the neighbors were making complaints about me and he could not provide any proof. He blamed my two- and three-year-old children of throwing rocks and damaging property which could be further from the truth because I do not allow them outside the gate without me. They are two and three. I could write a book about this manager but long story short, make sure you document the condition of the apartment before you move in. Take pictures. Two of the doors were damaged but repaired before we moved in and they are charging me to replace doors. Just make sure you cover your own butt. If you have children... watch them closely.

i love this place it really has been the best place i lived in vegas ...... i was living there for a yr moved out to go with the parents and moved back in a yr later ... they are fast on fixing anything wrong with the apartment clean grounds and pool is always clean i recommend my family and fends here all the time !!!!

I lived in these apts back in 2005 and loved it, and I will be moving back in September..they have everything I need and the staff has been extremely helpful during this process...can't wait!!

I love living here! The entire place is beautifully laid out, and kept up VERY well. Every weekday morning I see the crew walk through the grounds and clean up any trash the wind may have blown in.I have a one bedroom and its BEAUTIFUL! It has built in shelves in the living room, and lots of light with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has all metal appliances including a dishwasher. It has a large pantry, laundry in a utility closet. It circles into a wonderful bathroom, large tub, and lots of storage for towels and what not.It then circles around to a large bedroom, vaulted ceilings and large walk in closet. There's two ceiling fans, one in bedroom and other in dining area.They allow pets, and I cannot say enough about the staff. They're WONDERFUL from the office to the maintenance.

This property is amazingly beautiful but sadly I didn’t get a chance to live at such a amazing property . You have to meet very very very high standards to live here which kinda sucks especially when you’re trying to look for a home . Not only for yourself but you’re two kids to live in peacefully . I wish I could’ve lived here but if you don’t have Good credit (not just renters credit ) , or haven’t lived in a apartment building within that year sadly you wouldn’t be able to meet their requirements.

This apartment complex is a hidden "GEM" in North Las Vegas, Management is friendly and accommodating to your problems and needs. The maintenance crew is more than helpful and friendly in resolving issues in a timely matter. Over all this is a "Five Star" complex.

This has been my favorite place to live in Vegas so far. I moved here because of loud neighbors and poor insulation in my last apt, which was interfering with my online work. The units at La Serena are single-story, so no upstairs neighbors! And I never had any issues with noise from next door neighbors.The units are very spacious and the whole complex is very well-maintained. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive and friendly. They were always able to address any issues I had, often within the same day.The administration staff was always very friendly and helpful whenever I visited the office. Even when my printer broke, they were happy to help me out by printing some documents for me in the office. It felt like a place that cares more about its community than its policies.I would've stayed here if I didn't need to move closer to family in these chaotic times. But this will be the first place I go to if I move back to Las Vegas.
