My daughter was in the infant room and I unenrolled her after 2 weeks. It did not take long to notice the serious work this school needs. No parent super involved in their children would be happy here. Her two teachers were okay but overworked and I could tell it was hard for them to do their job with such poor leadership. The director and the lead manager definitely lacked professionalism and when I called to complain the district manager also lacked in that department. It was obvious that they took/take advantage of parents with busy schedules that do have any other option but this daycare to stay open. Definitely will never be enrolling or recommending any of the petite locations. Save your money, it's not worth it.

Horrible. The teachers are very aggressive and snatch the kids up. The director is an aware but chooses not to do anything.so many issues with this location.

My child has been going there for about two years and everything was fine in the beginning except we kept getting changes in director changes in teachers very often. Most recently teachers have been out of ratio because of them being understaffed. About two weeks ago I had a conversation with my son because a parent who is also a previous worker at the daycare, caught a teacher saying bad words to her son, so I questioned my son on this, and he told me the teacher repeatedly curses at them, then he went on to say that the teacher has grabbed him by the arm very tight has dug his nails in his arm and has smacked him over the hands apart from saying I don't give a F, I don't give a sh**, sit the F down and lay the F down!! I reported this teacher to the facility and to licensing. The school supposedly says they did a full investigation and didn't find anything on the cameras so we couldn't do anything about it but they did keep him in the classroom with the children while he was being investigated and this was only an internal investigation. And Licensing still has not been there to do the rest of the investigation then this past week when I went to pick up my child, I was confronted. By this teacher telling me that he did nothing to my child and word gets around in the center so he knew that it was me who made complaint against him (mind you it's supposed to be anonymous to the teacher) and I told him just because you were cleared by the school. does not mean that you did not do it, son is not a liar He is five years old and he said in my face and my son's face YES your son is a liar. I felt very disrespected and angry I got very upset and grab my child and I pulled him out of the class. Unfortunately I had to take him one more day this week before I officially pulled him out because I have no one to care for him so he was being sent to a different class with another teacher, but when I arrived, they were so understaffed that they had to split that class into two other classrooms and all teachers were way over ratio.I left my son there for about an hour and I had my friend who was the ex employee there to pick him up and I will not be sending him back there anymore. I don't feel like children are safe somewhere where there's accusations and you cannot remove a teacher, at least while being investigated, and where the teachers are always understaffed and over ratio.

They were awesome with my son for 2 years. Everyone is very kind and respectful. My son learned a lot while attending here and I am very thankful for the support they gave my son. If we were not relocating out of state he would finish off his last year there.

My son is 2 years old. On his first day, he attended the daycare for a full day. When I picked him up, he still had on the same pull up that I had put on him that morning before dropping him off. His pull up was beyond soaking wet. When I got home I immediately emailed the staff to see why my sons diaper hadn't been changed throughout the entire time that he was there that day. They informed me that the teacher who watched my son that day was new, and that it was an oversight that he was not changed for the entire day.I was very understanding and just asked them to make sure that he was changed throughout the day moving forward. The following week I walked in on one of the staff members yelling at the kids. This definitely concerned me. After witnessing this a few more times, I brought it to the attention of the ladies at the front desk. They told me that they were in the process of moving teachers around and that particular teacher would no longer be teaching the two year olds which I thought was great because she honestly seems like she hates her job and doesn't even want to be there. A few weeks later, I was watching my son on the cameras and I saw one of the new teachers grab him by his arm with extreme force, I mean such force that it caused him to be lifted up off of his feet. She grabbed him because he was walking around with his blanket on his head, and he bumped into her. He was just being a normal 2 year old. That wasn't the first time that I had witnessed her grab him, but it's the first time that I saw it done with so much force. I immediately emailed the director of the daycare and provided her with the date and time of the incident so that she could go and review the camera footage and see for herself exactly what I was referring to. I emailed her additional dates and times (if additional incidents) since I had been keeping a log of all of the times that she grabbed one of the kids like that. The director told me that she doesn't have access to go back and watch footage from earlier that day or any other day. She told me that she spoke to the teacher and the teacher denied the allegations (which of makes sense since there was no proof and she knows that the video footage can't be replayed). Anyway, the very next day my son was sent home with 3 incident reports from the teacher saying he was misbehaving. He has continued to be sent home with incident reports every single day and has been targeted every since then. I'm called at least twice a week to pick him up early. He was placed in a new class last week (the early preschool class) and on the very first day of him being in this new class, when I walked into the daycare to pick him up at the end of the day, the director approached me to suggest that I get my son evaluated. She advised me that his new teacher asked her why my son doesn't listen. I asked for her an example of what his "not listening" was, and she said that the teacher asked my son to sit down and he said no. She told me that the teacher asked how long my son was going to be in that class (as if he was a burden) and this bothered me very much since he was supposed to be in that class for the next 12 months. The director told her that he would be there until the end of the week. She told me that my son couldn't go back to the two year old class room at all. So if he can't go back to the two year old room, and he is only in the early preschool classroom until the end of the week, then where will my two year old son be going after this week? The director didn't give me a clear answer to that question. I watched my son in the early pre school class (on the cameras) and he actually listened VERY WELL and played with the children very well. When I picked him up a few days ago another teacher (who was filling in for the regular teacher) approached me and told me that my son has been doing so much better in this new class. It's crazy that she said that since all I hear from the other teachers and staff are negative things about my s

Just an update. Nothing has changed. I have tried multiple times to call the number to speak with someone about all of the issues at this facility but there is an automated message every time. I have continued to have nothing but issues with my account and a few staff members that choose to treat me with no respect. As of today I was watching the live feed cameras and asked what was in the spray bottle they use to clean the tables since my son was under the table getting his shoe. The teacher responded quickly and professionally. About 7 minutes later the assistant director Ms Meghan told me if I have any concerns to speak with the director during pick up. To my knowledge the only concerns I have cannot be resolved by anyone other than the district manager. I then took the time to call the daycare. I called over 6 times. 2 of those times the call was answered and disconnected. Absolutely unprofessional. All over a simple question that was already answered. I will continue to update on if the interactions between the staff, my children and myself gets any better. This is honestly just the tip of the ice berg when it comes to this childcare center.

I can not express enough how thankful I am for this place. I’m the beginning of the year I found myself to have my daughter full time and I work full time. Having someone else care for my little was very hard for me. However anytime I have a concern they take care of it. My lil Em is so happy here and is learning so much. From the teachers, front staff, leads and director; I can not rave enough about how much they have been supporting and put up with all my calls and questions

I'm so glad we chose this Daycare for our daughter. Even though she goes only twice a week, she's learned so much because it shows at home. They have the most polite staff and very helpful with everything. The school is always clean, or at least I always smell/see someone cleaning when I'm there. I also love that they always update you on the app with pictures and special updates on what your child is doing. It def helps busy parents knowing that their child is doing well. Would DEFINETELY reccomend to family and friends.

In the beginning this place seemed ideal. My son had a good time and staff was friendly. Problems started when my son got red ant bites and I was not informed. By the second time I was pretty bothered. When I confronted Ms Janae about the lack of communication she reacted in a very aggressive manner informing me she was on the phone. I was even more bothered now that the staff seemed not to care. I later received a call from Deborah the district manager and she said that although she understands, it would be best if I just drop off my son and not go all the way inside the premises to avoid further confrontation with Ms Janae. This truly made me feel uncomfortable since it was not resolving the lack of communication and disrespect from staff. I caution any parent from leaving their child in this place.

My daughter attended this La Petite Academy but due to moving we relocate to another La Petite. I would not recommend any other daycare. The staff is exceptional on how they take care of your child and very professional. My daughter is very clingy and it was very difficult to leave her alone. When she started she didn’t even speak and I did become very concerned at her having a delay. They were able to encourage her to improve her developmental and social skills. Honestly I work from home and it would be easy just to keep her home with me while I work. However because of my experience with La Petite and this school in particular I highly recommend this location especially now they have a new director named Emily and she is the best thing that happened to that La Petite location.

We've been here for almost 2 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Kim and Fran have been around longer than most in the childcare field and know their stuff. Our son enjoys attending everyday and I love knowing he's in good hands.
