We drove 20+ minutes from Aliante to this Mexican meat market that was recommended by someone who read great reviews.Probably not the safest part of Las Vegas yet when you enter the market, whoa! Hello clean market!All the shelves perfectly aligned, produce GLEAMING and abundant, service staff welcoming, but most of all, the meat selection - we were amazed! Check out the pictures attached!On this day I visited with one of the most frugal people walking the earth and he shelled out $11+ per pound for carne asade. We're eating it tonight for family dinner - I'll post more after!May the odds be forever in their favor!UPDATE: AMAZING Carne Asada that evening - already marinaded with a slight hint of sweet that everyone enjoyed! Absolutely would recommend this market and definitely will add it to my list of favorites within the local area!

Their meats are great and sometimes they're on sale, so buy more when you get a chance. I don't really like prepared meats from other stores, but I decided to try La Herradero and I have to say it was great! The store on Lakemead is small, always busy but the butchers are tentative, and you are out of there on a timely manner.
