This is a horrible terminal to park and fuel up.
I got sent here to fuel and could not figure out their stupid pumps. Why do you have 2 different terms for the HUB / MILEAGE? Took me way too much time to deal with the system and ended up frustrated cause there is no one to help 24/7 at these terminals!
Now I'm back and there is ABSOLUTELY no parking spots for drivers.... like EVERY other Knight terminal in country. What is the point of a terminal if drivers cannot park there?!
This company might as well advertise they are a USED Truck & Trailer Car Lot instead of a Trucking Company.
If a driver has been driving for 10 hours, we should not be struggling to get into a parking spot and having to jack-knife to maneuver around. This is not a truck stop... this is a terminal for your drivers to park at!
Have enough respect for your drivers to MOVE all these Broken down, Selling / Sold, or Liquidated Tractors and Trailers from a lot that is supposed to be a "Welcome Home Drivers." Safe Haven.

Mission of getting trailers fixed and back on the road isn't important to the Shop manager at the Las Vegas Terminal. I did a T call at the Las Vegas yard. There was only one refer trailer with out a out of service tag. I did my pre checks on the refer and found 3 alarms that needed attention. One being services due alarm. I took the trailer to the inspection lane at 0700 to get it checked out and fixed so i could picked up a load the next morning at 0700. At 1500 I noticed the trailer still in the same spot. I talked to the Shop manager, and she told me she would get some right on it. At 1630 it still hadn't moved. She told me she was going to get the vender to come out and do the services,she told me they will be out in about an hour. 1730 i see the shop manger leave for the day. At 1830 still no one had come out to do the service. I called after hours to find another trailer. They told me there are no trailers available in the area. So now I don't have a trailer available to pick up my load.

This is a hard one to rate. Positive feedback 1st! Love the way Tyson is running the las vegas terminal. He is doing the best he can with so little. On the other hand safety management is a little less then responsible. They will tell you that you have the full support of the company if something happens to you & not your fault. (That's a lie so far) ? ? safety will NOT help you if nothing happens to their equipment. We have a case against NDOT & Knight transportation management refuses to release a video from their Camara (witch is always recording) of a Vehicular assault by a snow plow driver in Ely Nevada. Because nothing happened to Knights equipment they don't even care what happens to the driver or a passenger or even other drivers on the road.I pray that no one threatens your family members as a Knight transportation driver because Knight dosen't care enough to keep the roads safe. This is safety management not terminal management or a driver manager.The driver management seems to believe if you are paid to sit under a load for 3 or 4 days that's considered home time!? how is it home time in another state under a load getting paid? It seems to me that humanity is only if nothing happens to you.

Do not ever get any work done your truck here. The Volvo dealer in Fife, Wa took 3 weeks and charged me $12000 to fix the damage this shop had done to my truck. Yesterday afternoon I brought my truck here for a bald spot on my drive tire an they are still trying to fix it. Do not ever take your truck here. You will regret it.

I don't know who is in charge here at the Vegas yard, but this place is a MESS! I've never seen it this bad from all the empty bobtails to all the port trailers. I have been with this company for 4 years and still love it, but I see improvements needed in some areas

It looks like they updated the sink and microwave. Transflow still isn't working. The new shop looks great! I didn't need work done so I can't comment on speed. I love that they have visitor parking.

Terrible yard.1st. Lights shut off at 11 pm for no reason. Both inside and out.Bathrooms.Showers.Laundry.Driver lounge.Tv area.Fitness room.Hallway.All off.You have to use a flashlight to use the restrooms.Only light in the place is from the soda machine and the information board.How cheap can this company be?2nd. Who puts a lock on the laundry room door? Seriously who is gonna walk out with the machines?Worst yard cause of those 2 reasons alone.

Go for a smaller company your first time around. They are not a good fit for anyone who likes to be compensated for their time , to be treated with respect they don’t even have consistent work. Recruiters all are misogynistic. Two different trainers fell asleep behind the wheel while training me personally. I suggested I’d take over the driving I was told no(they got it) my life was continually put in danger. You tell Knight any concerns, all of a sudden checks are late, there’s no work available. 1 female trainer and she’s nice but she’s Very lazy. Find a company with better training better everything. If you want to drive just to say you drive this is your type of company.

One of the few big companies with a terminal in Vegas. No worries now about where to park my truck when I’m home.Update: NO MORE CONTAINERS HERE THANK GOD! There’s definitely room to park on the weekends now drivers!

I don’t know what your criteria is for hiring drivers but I encountered a Knight Transportation truck and driver today June 2nd that nearly caused an accident. While northbound on Interstate 15 just 1 to 2 miles south of Craig Road at 1:30 in the afternoon a tractor without a trailer nearly ran into me pulling into me from another much slower lane.I was unable to get any details of the truck regarding a truck number or a phone number to call as my solo driving with a travel trailer required all my attention. However, I think this matter needs to be corrected in some form or another. Deplorable!Follow up.Called the “transportation office” given number above as asked. I went through a myriad of automated choice prompts. I finally got to a person who transferred me to another. I asked to be called by a supervisor. NO CALL BACK. NOTHING EVER HEARD. I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO ENSURE MY GOODS ARE NOT TRANSPORTED FROM THIS OUTFIT.ONE MONTH LATER, NO FOLLOW UP AS WAS PROMISED VIA PHONE CALL

Parking is a nightmare. Showers need a remodel. Why are truck being allowed to park and block other trucks in. Could be a nice terminal with a few tweaks here and there.
