Furthermore was thrilled that she would expedite the parts needed at NO CHARGE! I received the parts as promised and replaced easily as the part came in a kit that had a allen wrench and clear directions. I will now purchase MOEN for all replacements needed in my home =) Thank's MOEN”

I called Patricia Kirby who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my ignorant questions. I was clueless but she went above and beyond to assist what i needed. She explained thoroughly what I needed, what to watch out for (asked if I had water softener loop ) and gave me great advice. Customer service was outstanding ! Highly recommend this place.
