“Bought a Kitchen faucet 8m ago and it started leaking from the handle. Called the customer service department and was very surprised with friendly, knowledgeable customer service rep ability to help locate the part needed. Furthermore was thrilled that she would expedite the parts needed at NO CHARGE! I received the parts as promised and replaced easily as the part came in a kit that had a allen wrench and clear directions. I will now purchase MOEN for all replacements needed in my home =) Thank's MOEN”
“Today I went to floor and decor and Julio and Jamie really took the time to help me get all my needs met for my new project they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything that I need for my upcoming project took me up and down the aisles several times went over things several times they had really upbeat energy with was a great help answered all my questions adequately Didn’t hesitate to put in input to make sure I had everything that I needed . They took the time to load up all the boxes of flooring that I needed and made sure everything was safe for travel. I really appreciate everything that they did for me today, not knowing much about flooring I received a whole lesson , they both were very helpful. and last year Julio help me with another project as well and he remembered me which was really great so with that being said go shop floor and Cheyenne off the 95 freeway and asked for them they are great and all the other staff is great as well but they’re my favorites”

“I had a major leak in my house and my plumber recommended this place. I was so nervous and didn't know anything about plumbing and I had to purchase a monoblock. I called Patricia Kirby who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my ignorant questions. I was clueless but she went above and beyond to assist what i needed. She explained thoroughly what I needed, what to watch out for (asked if I had water softener loop ) and gave me great advice. Customer service was outstanding ! Highly recommend this place. Great price and they have it all! So Worth it!”
