I have been banking with intouch for years. It's not until recently that business has changed with this credit union. Needless to say, I will be closing this account soon after I get access back to my account. I recently had to get a refund check from a local business that I was having trouble with and received a check. It ended up being a bad check issued by them which is no fault of my own. I was giving the company the benefit of the doubt before I started civil action and they gave me another check from another account. When I deposited this check, itcu decided to go ahead and lock my account, which means, no card access, no online access or anything and would not grant me access till 10 days of holding. I understand banking policies as far as holding the check till it clears but to punish your clients without giving them banking access to their funds for 10 days is unreasonable. Called then several times and put on hold so they could check with management and giving the same answer. Management will not lift the suspension on the account till the check clears. Like I said, I've been a member of itcu for years now and have never been treated like this. Used to have great service until now.

I was hesitant to open an account with ITCU because of some of the reviews. I went to the branch on blue diamond road and cimmaron in Las Vegas and met with Justin the branch manager. I found him to be knowledgeable and courteous. We opened the account with a couple of modifications and have been very satisfied. Today we stopped in to do a transaction and met Cameron from the call center and Kristin the assistant manager. This is how customer service should be and the location itself is spotless. Phil F. FYI folks if you do business with this credit union read ALL paperwork carefully. I had car loan through them and had to add gap insurance. Well the loan officer told me we could add it to the end of the loan, BUT didn't tell me I had 60 days to cancel it. So I traded my vehicle in and contacted them to let them know I traded it in . Well they charged me a late fee, which I got back. Then I asked about my gap insurance refund and was told nope I had only 60 day from the time I purchased it from the credit union cancel. Well it was a shock to me because every other vehicle I have had gap on I have ALWAYS gotten it back pro-rated amount back. So when our the dealership paid off my loan with In touch they made a quick 675 dollars off me because of my no refundable gap insurance. I will NEVER recommend or use this credit union again!

Requires members to remove clothing (hat) in order to do business.Edit to reply to the owner's response - I don't care about your "risk management" decisions. Requiring people to remove articles of clothing is an unreasonable request. Other banks/CUs I've visited don't do this. You shouldn't either, just to save a buck.You wouldn't ask a customer to shave their beard "to better identify" them. You wouldn't ask people to remove their makeup. You wouldn't ask people to remove their coats. Get better cameras if a freaking hat is such an issue.

Just tried to open an account, found the door. locked. Nice lady came over and said they don’t accept customers without an appointment. Must have to many customers. Going to another bank.

Sometimes I get great service here and sometimes I leave without even being able to get basic needs from my own account. Hit or miss I guess. I recommend making an appointment if you do shared banking. ATM is easy to use.

Horrible customer service, I went to ATM this am to deposit cash which the receipt says cash and because I’m a shared branch they can’t help me or reverse it to state cash deposit. I spoke with Tracy and someone else both were rude af amd co customer service skills, then Manager Jessie is apparently in a meeting but i was told he wasn’t in the office today. I’d never bank with them. Only 1 star cuz I needed to review this. So horrible I just want my money in my acct!! They’re terrible people here in Vegas!

This branch is great! I don't like banking at all with banks. Then I needed a bank account for certain things in life so I started comparing and looking around. I gave InTouch a try due to them being a credit union anyone can join, fee were perfect, rates were what I needed, and the first time I went in everyone was professional. This is a wonderful branch to start an account at...Julie is amazing at the Cannery location!

VERY INSULTED! I needed a cashiers check from my CU in another state who is a Shared Branch with InTouch. Because of the amount of money involved many layers of InTouch management had to get involved even though a direct conversation with my credit union authorized the amount. I then was queried about the advisability of using my money for the pending purchase by people who had no need to know what the money was for. I was so insulted they were requesting purchase paperwork, and questioning my business acumen and intelligence. They had one job, and only one job, which was to cut a check. A simple transaction took over 2.5 hours (although the last 30 minutes were due to a snafu on my CUs side). If you want to be humiliated, insulted, and treated like a junior high schooler who is being counseled on the whys and wherefores of finance, be sure to solicit this CU.

if I could give negative stars, I would. this is by far the worst bank I have ever worked with. their whole setup is the dumbest s*** ive ever seen. their online app is absolute garbage. always crashes. wish I had known how bad this place was before I refinanced my car thru them. I would legit pay more elsewhere just to not work with them.
