Do not go to Jesus Noemi Marin, she’s a scam and I’m reporter her because her license is expired but she’s in the office acting like she can do peoples taxes but needs to fix her license. She took all my personal information and then said she couldn’t finish the process because her license is expired. BE VERY CAREFUL with her. Now she has all my info and I’m not sure what she will do with it.

Horrible experience, will not be getting my taxes done here. First of all she got my name spelled wrong, made multiple wrong entries that I had to correct. A simple conversion from Canadian $ to US $ was wrong, Lack of knowledge, I can go on.Very unprofessional behaviour from the other female employee, on her phone talking loudly about her personal vacation- while at work. No privacy in this place, everybody can hear each other.

No longer a loyal customer just for $40 because I have been paying $300- $400 for taxes each year and my taxes were not made correct so they have to mail me my money in check. So the fee should be returned but they choose not to. When my account was wrongly entered by your tax preps. Not worth it anymore we pay all these fees to have no issues and get them to help us with IRS. No one ever answers here anyways always have to make an online appointment to then have someone say wasn’t registered.

My "tax professional" asked me questions on documents I already uploaded, so I had to take screenshots and post in the message.My "tax professional" made a mistake on our joint filing. When I brought her attention to it, she said she'd fix it to reflect the right amount. Kept dodging me and said I need to pay first to see the full breakdown of my return. I did because its a professional business, so there is no way they can be scummy like that. Wrong! After I paid, I saw the mistake is still there. I refused it and sent back for editting. 2 days later, she "reviewed it" and sent it back, SAME mistake, so I did the same thing again, politely. She did the same thing AGAIN. Also, this whole time, she never communicates, doesnt say anything. We called the office, everytime we called, its always: "shes busy with a client", like 3 times, 3 different days. The front desk lady on the phone just takes my name and says she'll let her know.This is mob behavior. How can a reputable business that everyone uses do this.I am an active duty US military stationed overseas, doing this from Europe on virtual h and r block. Maybe thats why she thinks she can just get away with it. That we are not there physically and cant come into the office. Cowardly behavior.Our "tax professional's" name is JESUS MARIN. Just keep that name in your head if you do your taxes on simmons in Las Vegas.

Not sure who's running the appointment scheduling, but to get a call to reschedule a previously set appt only to be told several days later the page was "refreshed" and online orders are now overbooked on that date was a little lacking for me. However, as there were too many scheduled I went ahead and freed up a spot for them.

The service here is ridiculous! There is only one employee working and even if you have an appointment you will not be seen. I have been waiting 20+ minutes and not only is this rude man ignoring the fact that I have an appointment, but he has not addressed anyone in the office. Very unprofessional.
