I had a great experience. I booked a SUV that was to small for what i needed. Chrishelle was able to help me with an upgrade. She was professional and easy to work with. She made the experience fast. She also let me know every charge i would receive so there were no surprises at the end. I will definitely be back to this location. Not to mention the Suburban i rented was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Chrishelle for all of the help!

Chrishelle just saved my LIFE!!! Things have been really difficult lately, I won't get into details, I've been having a really hard time and there's nothing like coming to Hertz and filling appreciated, being able to come in with the convenience of at least having a car to get around, Chrishelle really made me feel like I mattered, I still wish people would take care of the cars better, but that has nothing to do with the associates and people here, they're amazing, thank you Chrishelle, Thank you Devan!!! I love you both forever!!!!

Guys lets get these reviews up!!!, they're not 3 stars, understand WE are the cars we get, if you have a bad experience with a car it's mostly likely that way because of a Customer, and the rental location, understand we are not in the best area, so we can only get what is availble in this area, so locals lets work together to keep OUR cars in top shape, this is OUR location!!!!

I was thoroughly impressed with the latest staff member (CC) after not having the best experiences previously…The office decor, professionalism, and genuine helpfulness is exactly what I look for when patronizing a business while visiting North Las Vegas.
I got a great car, amazing service, at an affordable price…Don’t let this young lady get away Hertz… She is the difference maker in a competitive market. Great job CC at Craig location.

Do not waste your time and money with this rental place. They never clean their cars.. I picked up a rental to drive out of state for my 1 year old daughters birthday and we drove there in a disgusting and filthy car.. Hertz mentions a perk such as non smoking cars but I would rather have a car smoked in than what I experienced..

Excellent rental experience, great professional Herz staff. Excellent price for two weeks. Recommended very highly and Krizzrlle was wonderful customer care at Herz now I will use this than enterprise which I am member. Herz has better car selection, brand new, reliable for cross country experience. The car Hyundai Palisades had good mileage and saved us on gas for our trip

I was called at 4:50 pm to be told my 9 am rental is not available because Beyonce is in town and they dont have any cars although i booked it over a month ago. Hertz has always been a joke i dont know why i even bothered. I got a better deal last minute at budget. Dont waste your time with this place. Read the other terrible reviews they have.

I picked up my rental, and the lady told me that my rental was $600 more than what I reserved it for. Then the rental had no gas in it. It had 33 miles worth of gas. On top of that the car was filthy outside and inside you could tell someone had just dropped that car off and they did not even bother to clean it or anything. They just put me in it. Then I called to get all of this squared away as far as the gas tank because she put on the paper the gas tank was full even though she’s the one who told me it was empty and I couldn’t reach anyone. I called customer service who told me that they could not help me so I’m still sitting here with a car that says it was full and it wasn’t and no one to answer my questions.

When I got to Hertz the employees were friendly, the paperwork was ready and everything went real smooth. I had a clean car shortly after I arrived. I love that there were no delays, everything was so peaceful so I'll definitely be a returning customer 🙂

I booked a car here online got the confirmation, spend time and money with Uber to get here, and guess what she just told me no we don't have any cars available. Just left me hanging and spend even more money on Uber to get out of there

I rented a Dodge Ram 2500 from this Hertz location and had an awesome experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, efficient, and super easy to work with. The truck was clean, powerful, and perfect for what I needed.
Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout. Definitely one of the better rental experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely rent from here again!

I am using Hertz for a couple of months for a rental to use to make deliveries on the Roadie (UPS Same day delivery) platform. It has worked very well other than with the Vegas summer heat and the EV, the charge is going to Air Conditioning, I'm not getting enough useful range to be productive, and all of the charging stations have long lines. I literally can't use the vehicle for the intended purpose.
I went to the Hertz location and was unable to reach a resolution within the boundaries of paying an additional $100 to upgrade to a vehicle more appropriate. I offered to go to other locations, even the airport to swap. I have enough points for a free day, thought that would help, Cheapest solution was $84 upgrade fee plus penalty rate for charging the current vehicle from 30%, which would have been approximately $120. They would not allow me to pay the prepaid charge rate or discount the charge at all. I thought a $100 allowance for extra fees would be acceptable. I felt like I was being milked rather than any look at customer service.
I feel they could have at least allowed me to use the on site charger for a fee to bypass the lines at other locations. Even that would have been useful. The staff mentioned I could swap it at the airport and it would be simple if there were mechanical problems. There were not, and I am an honest person so that was not an option.
I brought up that I have another reservation next week for the same vehicle class and asked if they could help me upgrade it while I was there. They could not. I was able to do it on the app for only $55 for that 7 days. This even further exasperated my frustration that Hertz could not assist for the 6 days remaining on my rental for $100.
