Hector's has worked on 2 of our personal vehicles as well as a few of our business vehicles. They are amazing and work so well with warranty companies. I've never had an issue with them nor the work they have completed. They get our cars in n out as quick as they can. Forever our new mechanic shop.

I took my car here for a broken fuel pump. Before, my fuel gauge was perfectly fine but after the repair my fuel gauge was broken and they wouldn't fix it for free because they said there was no proof of it working before they fixed my fuel pump. That was because my car wouldn't even start due to the fuel pump being broken. Don't take your car here, they break things and don't take responsibility for it!

As retired Limo driver I am extremely picky who touches my car. I am original owner of a 1999 Buick Century Custom. It is now 24ys old and keep it PERFECT. Been using Hector's (Lorena) for 18 yrs. The service and workmanship have been impeccable. Hector's includes warranty parts and labor for 12 months or 12,000 miles on any work they do. Looking for a good but reliable mechanic that has amazing customer service? Look no further, Hector's Automotive is your one-stop shop. I'm new to the area and asked around so many recommended Hector's. I called around as Hectors was the furthest away from me. I knew during my initial phone call that Hector's was our place. Lorena was amazing and made my whole experience awesome. There was another lady in the office who was also wonderful. Overall, if you want a good, reliable, friendly, with great prices call Hector's you will then end your search for a good mechanic.

Hector's was recommended to me by two of my friends. One of them been going to them for 12 years. From the moment I walked in they were very welcoming. I had did my research on my car issue and I was relieved to hear them tell me the same thing after they diagnosed my car. They were very honest and professional. They were quick to get my fixed after a couple days and were well within the price range I was expecting. Will definitely go back to them for my other cars as well. Love that they are also a body shop. Thank you to the staff at Hector's.

I took my truck here after someone ran into the front of it. Destroying the whole front end. After they went over all the damages. They tried getting over on my insurance company and when that didn't work. They put in used parts. I guess they were just trying to make a quick buck but I don't know. When I went to pick up my truck only half the parts were installed, my fan was smacking against the fan cover and that's when I noticed the old used parts. I pointed all this out and had to have my insurance company make them fix the all the problems. Just beware and go over all repairs done if your gonna use them. Have your insurance company very involed.
