“In the past they used to have not that good of tools but now they got a lot better tools the prices are higher so but overall it's a good place to get some decent tools for decent price and when you ask for help they will take you to the plumbing if you want plumbing or whatever I always wanted to help and take you to the product I love that about them not like Lowe's Lowe's Lowe's sucks”
“We bought a brand new electric pallet jack. Awesome product, envy of other workers, makes life so much easier for my back. Within 3 weeks, had a minor issue. Was originally not happy with the response, but once inquired about further, the company was able to make things right, with no hesitation. Being a small business and making such a large purchase, it was relieving to know they truly care about their customers, no matter how small. Will be purchasing more equipment from them in the future.”

“Awesome experience...I don't normally write reviews, but I felt this one is necessary. I needed a bolt for an oil pan on my Chevrolet. I went to a local Chevrolet dealership who did not have one in stock and said it would take 3-5 days. They recommended Nevada Bolt and Hose and wouldn't you know 2 minutes later I had that bolt in my hand. Thanx again,much appreciated.”

“As far as Home Depots go, the one up North is my favorite—it’s easily the best around here for keeping things in stock. Every time I’ve swung by, they’ve had what I needed, whether it’s tools, lumber, or random hardware for a weekend project. It’s a huge relief not having to call around or drive to multiple spots just to find something basic. The store’s laid out pretty well too, so I’m in and out without wasting time. Staff’s usually helpful when I need a hand tracking something down, which is a plus. It’s not perfect—sometimes it’s busy as hell, and the parking lot can get tight—but for reliability on stock, this location’s got the edge over others I’ve tried. Definitely my go-to when I’m tackling a home fix!”

He patiently answered all my questions and even demonstrated how to install it safely. His attentiveness and calm demeanor truly put me at ease.
Additionally, Que added to the positive experience by greeting me with a big smile and a friendly "How's your day going?". This welcoming approach is the reason I travel from downtown to this location—I always leave as a happy customer!”

“This store exceeds expectations of fabulous employees from start to finish your greeted as if they want you to come to their store. We purchased two pallets full of cement and personally don’t have a vehicle that can haul that much weight.
