Always a good experience...I enjoy looking around at things I don't need before placing the things like tools, overlanding equipment, lights and towing accessories into my cart that I do want.
Friendly staff and always good items on sale.

I am not returning not because of prices or product selection but the snarky borderline rude attitude from a gentleman at the check stand. I asked if it was necessary to create an account, he had an attitude about it saying "it's for returns" I said ok, then another cashier needed his help while getting my account setup, he said "yeah whenever I'm done with this guy" the way he said it made me feel and look as I was the problem for being delayed to help the other cashier. The line was long but his customer service skills were lacking. I've been there before and other employees were not helpful and appear to be bored. After all that I hear laughing at my expense. Harbor Freight, retrain your employees to be friendlier and cut the attitude.

Always helpful and friendly. Store is always clean, very well stocked and if you can't find it just ask one of the staff.

I purchased the wrong thing and I returned it got the correct thing no problem the guys are very helpful the return line without incident I love this place to get lots of stuff at a good price

This harbor freights always been pretty decent when it comes to having the things I need. Staff's always helpful , And I don't normally end up having to wait too long in line to check out.
