I don't recommend this place at all. We try to work with them to get our warranty taken care of on our ice machine and all they did was give us the runaround and then pretty much told us that they can't do anything to help us mind you the part did get shipped to them damaged and they didn't take any accountability or responsibility for that whatsoever.

I have used George D. Lewis and company for the past 5 years and they are great. Nice and polite when you call on the phone and always have the willingmess to send a service person out as soon as possible. Once on property they are so professional and take care of any problem you may have with a clear explanation of what was wrong and how they are going to fix it. I highly recommend them for any refrigeration problems you may have.

We have used this company for the past 5 years for the 6 month maintenance of our ice machine. Any time you call they are pleasant and happy to help and once the technicians arrive they are always professional. The price is right too!! I highly recommend them for any refrigeration needs you may have.

While the staff was nice and polite, their ability to work with their customers on return items is very poor at best. I would NOT recommend purchasing parts from this company unless you are absolutely sure what you have need of. The expertise to help the customer was well beneath industry standards...
