We didn't find what we were looking for but I loved the no pressure environment. I didn't feel stalked and I actually felt like I could talk with my husband. We are looking for a modular sectional and they are very expensive. It's not a sale I want to be pressured into. We will definitely be back when we are ready to purchase new bedroom furniture.

There is a huge selection of furniture in this warehouse. I gave it 4star because I was looking for leather furniture and there wasn’t any choices. And I was also looking for a smaller dining room set I didn’t find what I was looking for but they had a lot of beautiful choices.

I bought a dining room table and chairs here and I am very pleased. Joe was a very helpful salesman. The financing was painless as well. The furniture was delivered the next day just when they said it would be. One of the chairs was damaged and they took it back and returned with another one in good condition.

When I entered the store a friendly greeter with mask on (thank you) called Eva to help me. She was patient while I looked at just about everything tho I knew what I needed. The 3 piece set I liked was made for smaller people like me. When I leaned back I didn't disappear into the folds and my legs were touching the floor. I didn't look like shrunken Alice who sat on mushroom with legs dangling. Material was faux leather, works for me. I didn't want dead animal hide in my livingroom nor on my back. The price was reasonable for all three. But ended up purchasing a faux leather recliner-husband's choice. Could only afford 1 couch but it was big enough. I would've like to added a chair but there was bit of confusion to the price and availability so I took just the couch. It has blue disco lights underneath. Not sure when I can use that. The store was packed with furniture. What I selected was in stock so I got it delivered same day. Same day!!! I went there just before noon and got it by 7! That's not what happened when I went to a few other stores. Their timeline was 2 to 3 months.

RACIST DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Sitting outside in their parking lot right now (it's 6:35) Just attempted to enter store at 6:32 and doors are locked. I read the hours posted again, which I read before leaving my home and the hours posted are the SAME I read open until 7:00 P.M. except on Sunday... today is Thursday! Super annoying! AND someone saw my daughter and I standing there and did not come to assist us at the door and then when I called they also did not answer. I am watching someone now to see if they're going to the same store and if they get in and if so I really have a problem as my daughter and I are African-American... WOW! WOW The doors were locked but they let her in I am flabbergasted right now!!It's the next morning 6:51 A.M. to be exact and I'm still FLOORED that my seven year old and I experienced unadulterated RACISM at this store!! I intend to report them to every agency that I can I'm just getting started they picked the wrong one yesterday!

Had a horrible experience with Living Spaces so we checked this place out since it had good ratings. Right away we were greeted by Gio (Giovanni) and he was pleasant from the start. Not pushy, asked the right questions and was just there to make sure we were looking at enough options that fit our style and budget. I have to say that this establishment is way better than the other places who have their sales people walking around with IPADS, but lack people experience. The gentleman that rang us up was professional, Delivery was per schedule and on time, and the delivery guys were awesome (don't forget to tip them!). I definitely recommend this place and we will be coming back to see Gio for more additions to our home. Extremely happy with our Leather Sectional! Thanks Gio!

After our bad experience at Walker, we decided to check out other furniture stores. Found Instyle and got the best non-stalking experience from Joe. He was very informative and gave us a great deal! He didn't follow us every second either! We liked his service so much, we ended up buying everything there. Bedroom set, living room set, dining room set and mattress. Best part is we got everything delivered for free the very next day! Delivery men also set everything up for us. We wanted to give them a tip but they left so fast. Took all the boxes, etc. with them too.Awesome service by Joe! Will definitely refer him and Instyle to family and friends. We are so happy with our purchases!
